Hello, My name is Andrew Winter and I am the proud owner of The Dover Lake Themed Home. I lived full time in this house for many years but since have been traveling alot for work and short term living around the country. I am a huge Cleveland advocate and think Cleveland has some of the greatest people in the world! I grew up in Cleveland and attended St. Edward High School! I'm a passionate Die-Hard Browns fan and love giving tours of Cleveland, Ohio. I am a big connoisseur of Cleveland Brews! Anything else you want to know, please ask! I love interacting with my guests and helping them have a wonderful time in Cleveland, Ohio!
Why they chose this property
This is my primary residence, but I am currently spending alot of time renovating another home in Cleveland, traveling for work, And/or short term living somewhere in the United States, which means that my home is usually available. Plus, I'm very proud of my home, city, and Cleveland and love showing my guests everything that I can offer during your stay.
What makes this property unique
This was a primary residence, meaning it's purpose is to feel welcoming to each guest! Carpet floorings, Home Theater System, Smart Home System, Nest thermostat, ping pong table, multiple ready to play video game systems, a sizeable yard, a nearby park. My home is uniquely catered to short term vacationers that are traveling as a family, with a furry friend (no cats due to allergies), and/or a group of friends. My home can fit up to 8 people and can comfortably house 6 within the 1400 sqft living space, the 60sqft enclosed patio, and the 900 sqft of basement space. It's also great for adults that need to work as their is a working station in the basement and the printer can easily be connected to via the Wi-Fi or sending documents to the printer via email.
