This is a two bedroom apartment with a full kitchen. Allow the coastal vibe to take over as you enter in the well appointed space, with a television in the living room for winding down after a day of adventure. LA Fitness is just a short 2 block walk/jog away if you want to keep your routine, even while traveling, as calories and temptation are a plenty when you are living laudy!

Nice Place

Nice clean place. Lucky for us we didn't want to cook while there as the description says kitchen as all the basics. This is very true. If you plan to cook, you may want to bring some supplies with you. There was only 3 forks/knives/spoons. No mixing bowls. It is a great location, not far from the water, and some great restaurants yet far enough out for some peace and quite. Would say here again.

Wonderful beach experience

My husband, our daughter and I throughly enjoyed our stay at The Palm House. The place had great natural lighting, was incredibly clean and we were provided with all amebities. It is perfectly located close to restaurants, shopping and beautiful beaches. We enjoyed nightly walks in the quiet neighborhood. I can’t say enough great things about the place! Owners Enrique and Alex really go above and beyond in making sure your vacation stay is comfortable and enjoyable!! We cannot waiters come back.... highly recommended.

Why they chose this property

We recently purchased this beautiful property because we fell in love with the neighborhood. It is a hidden gem and offers the best of both worlds; it offers the quiet tranquility and safety of a suburban neighborhood, but is in the middle of all the action Fort Lauderdale has to offer, It is extremely walkable and only a mile and half away from the beach! My husband and I walk over to our favorite coffee shop for our after dinner espresso nearly every night! On the weekends we love the convenience of being able to take a short Uber ride to Las Olas or riding our bikes to the beach. We couldn't ask for a more perfect home or location and we cannot wait to share it with you!
