- This single-story home requires 2 steps to enter
- There is no washer or dryer on-site
- The dock is installed and removed by a contractor, and the exact date when this occurs is not within the homeowner’s control. It is generally installed around Memorial Day and removed in mid-to-late October. The lake can still be accessed without the dock, and watercraft can be launched from the steps. The lake will be cold in the spring and autumn months
- No food is provided at the property
- The homeowner’s family owns a pontoon boat attached to 1 side of the dock, and they may occasionally be present to access it during your stay. The pontoon boat is not included in the rental and should not be boarded by guests
