Wonderful Stay with Thoughtful Hosts!

John and Rebecca were amazing hosts! The house was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home, every little detail was taken care of. The homemade muffins were such a sweet and delicious touch! We’ll definitely be staying here again if we’re back in the area. Highly recommend!

The weekend before Thanksgiving

We were in town for a wedding and the home had everything we needed. Beds were comfy and Having use of the beautiful pool was an added bonus. Owners were very attentive and responsive when we had questions. The blueberry muffins were a special treat. Thank you for an awesome stay. Glad we chose your place over a hotel room!

All the amenities just like your own home.

Went for a 16u baseball tournament at Lakepoint. Lakepoint was only 25 mins from this location and this location was actually a reasonable drive to all the other fields they schedule us at as well. Friendly on site owners. Bigger cities are also 20 mins in any direction when you need restaurants/shops/groceries etc. Definitely would book again.

Country Convenience

We really enjoyed our stay. Came in for a Lakepoint baseball tournament. We were about 25 mins away from Lakepoint. We also attended an Atlanta Braves game and Rome Braves game during our stay. Rome is only about 9 miles away with lots of restaurants. The property has a nice pond for fishing and a swimming pool. The property was clean and setup well for guests. Pet Friendly property. The owners are very friendly and will take care of any questions/needs you may have.

My family and I had the best experience staying here for a baseball tournament. At the last minute they updated our playing schedule and We had to stay an extra day. The host was so accommodating in changing our reservation last minute so we wouldn’t have to sleep in our car on the last night. The house was super clean and much larger than I imagined. We had plenty of room to spread out. We had a great time fishing in the pond and swimming in the beautiful pool. We will defiantly be back if we are ever in the area again.

This property was quiet, clean and within close distance to our tournament. The house was spacious and had all of the amenities we needed to make our weekend stay enjoyable (which is great for a family of 5). On arrival we were greeted by John who made sure we were all set before we settled in (and we arrived later than expected but he was still ready to assit our family). Rebecca was available by phone to answer our questions about the washing machine (that was loud but efficient). We look forward to returning again next year! Thank you for the muffins, they were tasty!

Great stay

Hosts were great! We were getting married in Rome at Berry so we rented for the weekend. Upon arrival, we found that Rebecca had made the most adorable bride, groom, & guests cookies for us which were absolutely wonderful. She also made homemade blueberry muffins which were crazy good! On the day of our wedding, we discovered a large tree was across the road blocking the route to the main road. The county wouldn’t come out to remove it so the owner & his grandson removed it & we were able to make it to the church on time! Great folks!

Wonderful getaway

This house was perfect for our family of 6. From swimming, fishing, playing soccer & baseball in the yard, and grilling out there was nothing we would have changed. Being in the lower level of a house shared by the homeowners made me nervous since I do have children but I didn't feel like we were imposing or bothering them. The homemade muffins upon arrival were amazing and my kids are still asking me to make more just like them. It was perfect distance from our baseball tournament in Lake Point. All appliances worked well and having 3 televisions made for happy kids in the evening. We definitely look forward to staying here again if we are back in the area. The homeowners are so friendly and made us feel right at home before, during, and after our stay. Do not hesitate to book here, you will not be disappointed!

Peaceful Getaway

Property is perfect for family of 6. We were in town for baseball at Lakepoint. Location is in a country setting away from the crowds. Took us about 25 minutes to the ball field but worth it. Felt safer than any travel we had done. Beautiful setting overlooking water that my grandsons enjoyed fishing. Beautiful pool that was a short walk away that was a few days from opening. Can’t wait until next time to use it. Owners were great and the homemade blueberry muffins were great. We will definitely try to stay again any time available when in the area.

Kingston Greatness

Stayed hear at end of May for a tournament at a local course. The property was in great condition and as advertised. Easy to get to and perfect for catching some lightening bugs at night.
