Met our needs!

Very close to FLL, beach and activities. Rooms were very comfortable. The kitchen had all the amenities needed to cook a decent meal in the house. Overall it was a very nice place.

Great location great house. Beds were comfortable showers are clean. Love the backyard. Mosquitoes were out, but that's to be expected in South Florida. We wouldn't mind staying here again if the need arises.

Wonderful place

It was a nice place. But thought we had the whole home when it is really a dual residence. The manager/cleaner stays in unit one. And the VRBO is unit two. She was very nice though.

Midwinter getaway

Awesome location just minutes from Fort Lauderdale airport, but no air traffic noise. Grocery stores and restaurants very close by. Quiet beaches 5 minutes away. Exceptionally clean property. Freshly decorated. Beautiful back yard. Hot tub was very nice end to beachy days. Slight hiccup with hot tub first day, but owners were on it within the hour. Very responsive very easy to work with. Thank you for sharing your beautiful place with us!

Garden Tea Party

Ray stopped by Saturday morning to say welcome and to see if we needed anything which was very much appreciated. I was in the huge open space kitchen with the caterers preparing lunch for a 60th Birthday Garden Tea Party for 8-10 Ladies so it was great timing that he arrived when he did to explain where to deposit garbage, empty boxes and offer other instructions regarding his gorgeous property. This tea party had to be perfect because several Ladies flew in from Dallas, Houston, Tampa, Washington DC, NYC and Naples. So it was important to make this event a memorable one. Having a relaxing soak in the pristinely cleaned hot tub was a nice touch after the dust settled. My only complaint which is no fault of the property owner is the difficulty in finding the villa if one arrives after dark. The street signs were impossible to read. But once we walked in and saw how beautifully decorated and clean the villa was it was worth being lost for 30 minutes. Thank you Ray, I will be back!

The property was clean and updated. Lots of amenities in the house. Loved the enclosed backyard great for kids and pets. The newly renovated 3 bedroom home was freshly renovated just like we were told. A great location very close to Dania beach in Ft Lauderdale and about 40 mins from South Beach. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby as well. I would love to go back one day and stay at the exact same place. The owner gets back to you very quickly when required. Thanks again. John

Pretty interior and exterior

Excellent host. Easy to reach via vrbo app or direct text. Inside of home is very pretty, everything is pretty new. Outside has a nice sitting area. Towels are very nice, and there are plenty. Owner was kind enough to lend us a pack n play for the week. Tvs in every room, may need instruction on how to use if you’re not familiar with the service. Super helpful that owner provides beach chairs and a beach umbrella for your use at the beach. Neighbors are quiet. The neighborhood is not the nicest, but the location is good since you’re within a 10 minute ride to the airport, just north of Hollywood, which has a great family beach, and traffic is significantly less in the area rather than in Miami downtown. There are little sugar ants in the kitchen and in one bath. We kept them at bay by keeping sweets out of the way and cleaning up spills. Owner is aware of them. We discovered a great local soft serve place just up the road, Dairy Belle. Overall, we were happy with our stay and recommend this host.

Ray and Gabby were responsive and helpful. The house was just as described and perfectly suited for my entire family holiday get-away (infant children, my wife, my parents, and my grandmother). Would recommend to others who are seeking proximity to area attractions, but also seeking a secluded and safe vacation environment.
