Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Make sure grill is cleaned after use. Floors swept, garbage in bags placed in bins, fridge and cupboards emptied, laundry left in bags, doors and garage door locked, key left in lock box
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Tenants will leave premises in the same general, good condition. All furniture in place. House in broom swept condition. Grill cleaned.
Dishes placed in dishwasher and run before leaving, refrigerator and cupboards emptied and cleaned.Strip beds, leave linens and towels in laundry bags
All trash throughout house bagged and removed.50.00 Fee applied for garbage not bagged. Close all windows and lock premises.

Great Rental, very relaxing location

Very nice house in a quiet neighborhood, 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms with an open concept bottom floor kitchen/living room plenty of room for the ten of us. The house is centrally located, short drive to beach and shopping. Located in a safe neighborhood. Owners made themselves available and where quick to respond before and during our stay.

Narragansett getaway

We were so happy with this spacious spotless beautiful vacation getaway . We could not ask for a better place to stay . Wonderful peaceful neighborhood with such friendly neighbors . Spotless open Living space. The accommodations fit our family perfectly.Three minutes from the most beautiful beaches on Rhode Island . We will definitely be back ! Excellent Family Vacation

My family and I can’t say enough good things about this rental. The home is well updated and clean!! The open floor concept is perfect for large groups to gather and be together! The house very spacious, with large bedrooms and bathrooms! Everyone being able to have their own bed and bathroom was a huge plus! The neighborhood is peaceful yet so close to everything. We also really appreciate the large driveway to accommodate everyone’s cars. Overall this house was 5 stars for us! We can’t wait to book again!

Very Pleased

We couldn’t be more pleased with this home for our family vacation. The moment you arrive the first this you see is a massive driveway providing excellent parking for everyone. This home is in brand new condition and provides a immense amount of space for a large group to gather around the kitchen, dining and living room. The location is in a delightful neighborhood on a quiet street and was centrally located close to everything we wanted to do.

This rental was so perfect it was like it was designed just for us! Beautiful and clean inside and out. Owner's communication was always quick, pleasant and helpful. This is the only place we'll rent from now on when visiting family.
