Enjoy a spacious and beautifully decorated family friendly 3 bedroom apartment just half a block from the ocean in Hotel Zone. Next to Coppel and plaza las glorias.

We offer Boat and Yatch rental service at discount price when booking with us.!

This unit enjoys a nice breeze from the fourth floor of la joya building. With the ceiling fans on all rooms you barely get to use the Air Conditioning. The water views can be appreciated from any of the two balconies in the apartment.



The apartment is equipped with everything you need to cook or enjoy a good time at the pool it also has a nice bar to enjoy some drinks with friends.

It can host up to 7 people for small dinner parties! The community is family friendly and just steps away from the beach.

Check in is any time from 3:00 pm to 6:00 PM
Jose can meet you at the property entrance to give you the apartment entrance code and keys in person.
If you are arriving past 6:00 pm please let us know to give you the automatic door codes of main entrance and apartment code.

The building ha 24 hrr security, private gated entrance and is very secure.

I’ve stayed in a lot of places in PV and this one was one of my favourites. The property was awesome and so comfortable. Host was great at communicating and made me feel assured that everything was good. 100% we would stay here again and will be looking to again.
