About this property

Lovely and cozy apartment in a great and centric neighborhood. If you love to be in a walkable area, full of restaurants, stores, cafes, supermarkets, churches, etc. this is the right place for you. You will find that is perfectly situated to connect with other characteristics neighborhoods in the city (We will happy to provide you more info you need about). To add, this lovely place is facing the East Mountains, so nice sunlight in the morning, perfect with a nice coffee and view. The place is located in a 3rd floor in a small building (not elevator or parking spot). You will have Laundry machine in place, coffee machine, and everything you need if you want to cook at home. We will provide towels, lining and pillows which you will find perfectly clean. This is the neighborhood where I grew up and I can tell is a perfect spot, because is in the middle of all the places of interest you want to see, like downtown, La Candelaria, or at north you can go to la 82, 93 (maybe by foot if you enjoy walking) and Usaquen. The neighborhood offers many activities, On Sundays you can enjoy la Ciclovia, where streets are closed to allowed people to do physical activity.
