We had a very comfortable stay. It was close to many shops and restaurants. Also is was nice to relax at the pool or on the beach.

This place is amazing. Although the entire property sits beach front, the actual unit faces the Safeway shopping center and the mountains. That is the ONLY negative for me. The unit is well stocked and wonderful luxurious. Comfortable and well maintained. Location is very convenient in Kapaa. The property has a nice big swimming pool with two slides 4 hot tubs and plenty of deck chairs and loungers. Milo was wonderful to deal with. He responded very quickly to every email or need. Highly recommended this location. I would definitely come back.

This was our first family trip to Kauai and truly enjoyed staying at this location. This location was spacious for all of us, including the two children. The entire place was clean. The host was detailed, responsive, and prompt with communication. The host provided beach chairs and boogie boards, which were a huge plus as we visited the beaches throughout the trip. The in-room washer and dryer was very convenient, allowing us to pack lightly on the trip. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved this luxurious and spacious condo in the heart of Kapaa! The beds and furniture were so comfortable and the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Plenty of beach chairs and an umbrella were also available to use, a huge plus for us! The resort pool and beach area were beautiful and easily accessible and included pool towels as well. The owners were so welcoming and communicative and very prompt to respond to questions. We hope to be back and stay at this gem again! Highly recommend!

This condo was amazing! Everything it is advertised to be. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent this unit again. Milo, the owner, was very communicative from the time we booked until check out. Don’t hesitate to book this condo.

The condo was very clean and roomy. It’s in a great location for restaurants and shopping. The pool and grounds are very nice and well maintained. Communication with the host was excellent. We loved the condo and it made our stay on Kauai wonderful.

Milo was great from the beginning and throughout our stay, we even came home to a nice postcard! The home was perfect for our family of 5. Loved the central location and I loved the mountain views from all the rooms even more! I would absolutely stay there again.

Great Condo and location

Great central location, amazing pool, and great host. Milo was excellent with his knowledge of the area. The pool is great for families and we enjoyed watching sunrise at the beach.

We arrived just in time for the hurricane. Not anyone's fault. The a/c was not working correctly when we arrived. Then the power went out. When we got power, we texted Milo and he had someone the next day. We only had one day of the trip.we did get a credit, but I do not think it was enough. The day we arrived the elevator was shut down. We walked up 4 floors. I have a knee replacement and a bad other knee. That was really hard. The elevator was shut down the entire time we were there. The entire week was a loss. I have said prayers for the residences of Kaui, it was a mess. And we did not have a beach view. The hot tub was closed. Milo was a good host.

Hi Lori, You had no power for one night out of the 5 nights you stayed/booked with us. We refunded 3 nights out of 5 nights because of the hurricane and your inconvenience. The elevator, as you know was shut off for safety reasons. In case the electricity went down again. the HOA board did not want anyone getting stuck inside. A lot of the issues you brought up was out of our control. Thank you for staying with us. Much Blessings.

Wonderful spot to explore Kauai

Beautiful home base for exploring the best Kauai has to offer. The amenities were wonderful with easy beach and pool access, and the hosts were fabulous. Can't recommend it enough!
