Really enjoyed our stay!

The unit was clean, comfortable and very well equipped, right down to beach chairs. The resort is lovely, with great pool, hot tubs and beach. It's conveniently located to explore the south, east and north sides of the Island. Services are close by, with groceries and the all important coffee shops within easy walking distance. Note that this unit faces the road, so we experienced some very muted road noise and our use of the lanai was limited.

3 little kids

Perfect place to stay with three little kids. We took our 5 year old, 2.5 year old, and 3 month old with us and this place was perfect. They set us up with a pack n’ play for our infant. The 3 toilet was essential with our potty training toddler. The room was close to the elevator, parking lot, and pool which made things so easy. We all had a wonderful time.

The resort is wonderful. Unit quite nice and great for our family of 4, though view is of parking and shopping center. Would appreciate a few little basics like paper towels and dishwasher soap to start our stay.

Wonderful Stay in Kauai

We stayed in this lovely home and used the pool and hot tubs. The beach right behind the building was perfect to watch the sunrise. The beach chairs and towels were very convenient. We both had our own bedroom and bathroom. We would stay here again.

So amazing :)

Tim and Malissa were so amazing to work with. The condo was amazing and packed with everything we needed. We loved the pool and hot tubs. Every morning we were able to go to the beach and watch the sunset, it wad such a perfect start to the day. The gym was super nice and had everything we wanted and hoped for. We loved our stay here! We hope to come back soon!

Wonderful family vacation with small kids

We had a wonderful six night stay here with our two kids, 3 and 1. Lovely setup , clean , with a nice view of the mountains. The communication was welcoming and top notch. The thing we appreciated most was all of the great gear and toys they had , which made our adventures even better: - beach chairs and umbrella - sand toys - kids life vests - boogie boards - cooler - flippers - toy box in room - towels for the room and others for the beach

Great for families

This property was very clean, had nice extras such as beach towels and chairs, toys and more that we used throughout our stay. The location was great with a grocery store, food etc very close (walking distance). It was nice having the hot tubs, pool, and my husband and I walked to the beach every morning with our coffee to watch the sunrise. Having the kitchen was very nice, was supplied with essentials, and we usually had at least one meal everyday at the property. We used the washer and dryer a lot and loved the convenience of having it. We really enjoyed this kind of central location to the north and south shores. We very much enjoyed our week here and would recommend.

Lovely condo in a great location!

We had a wonderful time in this condo, it is exactly as represented on VRBO and very well equipped. The owners are very easy to deal with and respond quickly to any questions. This is our second stay in this condo and we would stay here again. Everything you need is within walking distance however to really enjoy the island you need to rent a car. The resort is magnificent, the pools with the lazy river is really spectacular making the property very enjoyable. Also the Oasis Restaurant attached to the property is outstanding and there is a great steak house, The Bull Shed, right next door. We highly recommend this property, thanks for the great stay!

Dream Beachfront Rental For Family

Pictures simply do not do this place justice. Everything was being immaculate and exactly as described. We were here for a first time family to Hawaii trip with our 2yr old and we couldn’t have been happier with the choice of both the quality of the condo/resort, but also the convenient location to so many things that the island has to offer. Perfect Vacation Getaway

Wonderful condo. Perfect for a family. Comes well equipped with beach supplies and the essentials you need to start your vacation. Beds are comfortable, living area and kitchen are spacious, and having three bathrooms is glorious!!! View of the mountains was beautiful. Easy access to parking and the elevator. Pool, slides, lazy river and spas are fabulous to spend the day in or to end your day with. The owners are lovely and very responsive to questions. Location is perfect with Safeway, Starbucks & Ross across the street, and Kapaa town center just a good walk or short drive down the street. Looking forward to staying at this condo again!!
