Spectacular vacation pool home on Crane Creek Golf Course (Melbourne) with open floor plan. All rooms (except 1 bed) have view of large Pool/Patio area and/or direct access through French Doors. 2 King Bedrooms, a large bedroom with 2 Queen Beds, and 2 Full Bathrooms with Tile in most areas. Includes fully stocked kitchen, soft linens and plush bath towels. Pool can be heated for additional ($25 per night). 5 Minutes to Downtown Melbourne, 4 Miles to Beautiful Beaches, Quick 19 miles/26 minutes to USSSA Sports Complex in Viera.

Perfect family/group home participating in USSSA Sports Complex tournaments. Short 19 miles/26 minute drive to Viera.

Includes The Following
Basics: Dishes, pots and pans, bakeware, flatware, utensils, glasses, Keurig and regular 12 cup coffee pot, High quality bedding, linens, pillows, plush bath towels and beach towels.

Fun Items: Beach/Pool towels, chairs. cooler, full size propane grill.

Not "Fun" Items: Toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, some cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, kitchen soaps, shampoo/conditioner.

Main Living Area includes cable TV on a smart TV.

Full size washer and dryer, iron, ironing board, blow dryer.

Kitchen: Stainless steel appliances and great views of most of the house and pool/patio area. Electric range, side by side refrigerator, dishwasher, built in microwave.

NOT PROVIDED: Food or pantry items of any kind, toiletries, personal items.

Note: All paper products, trash bags and cleaning supplies are provided but not unlimited. If your group uses more than the standard amount, you will need to purchase separately.

Access to Entire home and contents (excluding one closet used for supplies) including all cabinets and closets plus full use of the grounds is available to our guests. Parking on pavers and grass directly in front of house.

Excluded: Golf Course may not be used unless paying to play.

Is located in residential neighborhood so respect for neighbors is a must. 10pm noise ordinance. Not setup for large parties (family gatherings and small groups are allowed).
