Sleeps 9 - The house has been in the family for over 40 years and is now available for others to enjoy! House is on the 3rd row with partial ocean view and beach access right next to home. Wonderful memories to be made in a well stocked family friendly home. Board games and plenty of beach reads provided. Great front and side porch with rocking chairs to enjoy your beach getaway. Walking distance to local restaurants. Open den and kitchen area with lots of natural light, perfect for enjoying family time. Kitchen fully stocked including coffee maker, toaster, blender, crock pot, all dishes, cutlery, pans , and glassware you could possibly need. Large island with 10 bar stools available for dining. Plenty of covered parking below. All rooms located on 2nd floor. 3 King rooms, 1 room with 1 Queen and 1 twin- luxury linens and beautiful beachy decor. Ceiling fans in each room. Sheets, towels, Wifi provided. Internet connected TVs in each room and large cable/ and internet connect TV in den ready to connect to your streaming accounts. House is located on a quiet section of North Myrtle with plenty of beach! NO Smoking please. A charming home- perfect to make beach memories!

Wonderful house and great location

We enjoyed our stay at this house in N. Myrtle Beach. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach. The property is very roomy and there was plenty of space for everyone. The house was well stocked with everything we needed and very clean.

Location, Location, Location! Great spot...... you can walk to beach, restaurant, souvenir shop, ice cream, mini mart and putt putt. Pictures are small, rooms are Huge. Great communication, great welcoming environment

Great Vacation Property

The pictures did not fully represent this property. Between the views and the in-home functionality, this is indeed a home away from home. This is a 5 star rental and anyone who stays at SIXPENCE would not disagree. Two thumbs up!

Fantastic Family Vacation

Our stay was fantastic!! The house has lot's of space and the wrap around deck was nice to relax on in the evening. I liked the screened part also. All the comforts of home and more. The kids all had fun at the beach which is about a 2 minute walk from the house. Very quiet relaxing area with access to anything you need. Lisa and Dave are great at making sure your stay is top notch. Would highly recommend this property to famiies wanting to come to the Myrtle Beach area.

Great location

Property was very spacious. It is much bigger in person. Extremely close to the beach less than a 2 minute walk. Host provides you with pretty much everything you need . Would definitely stay here again.

Sixpence was built in 1939 and has been in our family since 1956. It is a wonderfully comfy and loving beach cottage. While the beach area has continued to grow and change Sixpence is a wonderful reminder of classic beach traditions.
