This brand new four bed room home features a modern floor plan and sits on a commanding spot overlooking the entire shoreline of Cape Cod. "Cliff Home" is located inside Ocean Air Estates directly on a cliff over looking the ocean. This private community has its own beach access where you can swim, search for shells and see ocean wild life. This beach is perfect for Kayaking and stand boarding .
Due to the popularity of our other vacation rental "Harbor House" in West Falmouth we designed and built Cliff House with rentals in mind. The house features a modern floor plan with high ceilings and privacy from every room. The house commands open ocean views of the entire shore line from Plymouth to Provincetown. The shipping lanes into the canal are right in front of the house. Every room has its own access to outside decks and patios. Relax on the brand new out door furniture while watching ships enter and exit the Cape Cod Canal. See whales, dolphins and seals play around the rocks right from your deck.Each en- suite bed room is beautifully decorated with all the features of a hotel. All bed rooms have decks and ocean views,room darkening shades and FIVE STAR quality mattresses and bedding . The home lacks nothing for personal comfort. The large luxury award wining kitchen has multiple sinks and ovens. A coffee bar and views as far as you can see. A gas fireplace is a secondary focal point to the panoramic views making an amazing finish to the Great room.
the homes location is perfect being a few miles from the best beaches and historic sites of the area. Plimouth Plantation,the May flower and the Sandwich glass museum and Heritage gardens. Working from the home is easy with desk and high speed wi fi .

Another Magnificent Stay

We love this house and host! The views, amenities, and location are perfect. Even in mid-February, our stay was fantastic. We’ve stayed here multiple times and on each visit the home was perfectly prepped, clean and inviting. In our opinion, this is the perfect vacation home.

Great communication with host: super responsive and accommodating. Beautiful views and location. Every level has a deck. You just can’t beat it. Could sit out there all day. Great set up for multiple families (or teenagers) with bathrooms for every bedroom. Details really thought about for guests. Would definitely rent again!

The Cliff House was fantastic! The views, the setting, the home and the balconies. Was extrememly well equiped and our dogs were right at home. Craig is a great host and he answers the phone! Priceless these days. Thanks for the opportunity.

Perfect Family Getaway

The Cliff House is a beautiful home with breathtaking views of the ocean. We loved the open layout of the kitchen, dining area, and living room. The large kitchen was well stocked with plenty of cookware and dishes. All floors had large decks with unobstructed views of the ocean - perfect for watching the sunrise in the mornings. We also enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub which was very clean. It was a perfect home for our annual family getaway. Cliff House is one of the best properties we have stayed at and we look forward to coming back.

beautiful home and fabulous views

the house had everything we needed, kitchen is fantastic, it is a beautifully done house, very comfortable and the landscaping is lovely! I think that because we had some children, we needed extra towels, but they were brought when we requested. Very nice to have had the downstairs kitchenette with family with a baby. I only took away one star because the "beach access", that is close by, was really just an old boat ramp and not very convenient with kids. But really, my fault for not asking enough questions. Craig was great and very responsive, and did a wonderful job on the house! Great location to town also!

Amazing!!!

This property is even better than the pictures! The house itself is gorgeous. It's very clean, so homey and comfortable and just plain inviting. Each bedroom is better than the last. They are all beautiful with amazing views. The kitchen is fully stocked and just so pretty. The kitchen, living room and dining area are all open to each other with the most breathtaking ocean views. The wall of windows allowed us to sit back on the cozy sofa and just enjoy the view while enjoying each other's company. There were 8 adults in our group and we had plenty of space. Unfortunately, it was too windy for us to take advantage of the hot tub or to sit on the deck but there's always next time! We would absolutely stay here again (and hope to!). Craig was a pleasure to deal with and obviously takes great care of this property.

Simply Gorgeous

The location of this house is absolutely breathtaking! The layout of this house is unique and inviting. The beds were clean and comfortable. When we booked this stay, we thought that the stairs shown in one of the photos belonged to this rental, but there is no beach access from the house. However, there is beach access just down the street. When we first entered the house, we noticed that it was very warm and muggy. In an attempt to cool the house, we lowered the air as low as we could. Still? for the first few days, the house remained miserably warm and uncomfortable for our parents and young grandchild: We reached out to the host and he was quick to respond. He sent an HVAC technician to the house and it was discovered that one of the air conditioning units was frozen. I believe that the unit was frozen prior to our arrival because the house was hot from the moment we first stepped inside. Nonetheless, once the host was made aware of the issue, he remained responsive and offered to have window air conditioning units installed the day before our departure. We understand that sometimes things happen, but when you’re on vacation no one wants to deal with inconveniences and repairmen during a stay. I believe that this house must’ve had air conditioning issues in the past because there are three window units stored in the basement of this property:. Even with being hot and sticky, we did enjoy our time together and I have no complaints about the host’s willingness to correct the issue. The host was quick to let us know that we wouldn’t be charged for the repair of the frozen unit….as well we shouldn’t have been because the house was not cooled upon our arrival. Additionally, the temperature of the house can be controlled by the host via smart technology. Also, while the house does have cameras, we felt like our privacy was lessened by the ring doorbell which monitored our comings and goings. Overall, our stay was lovely.

What a beautiful home with an amazing view. 4 king rooms with en suites. Spacious open concept living area with amazing outdoor patios and views. Perfect for a weekend a long weekend family gathering. Craig was immediately available to answer any questions we had. Quiet and serene with ample parking. Definitely a five star weekend!

Location was perfect. Took day trips to Boston downtown Plymouth, Martha’s Vineyard, Cape Cod. Hot tub and fire pit! Plenty of parking available. Views from four different levels were all amazing.

Beautiful property, tricky beach access

Cliff house was stunning! Beautiful ocean views from the multiple porches/decks. Of note - lots of stairs in the house and kitchen/living area is on second floor. Hot tub and fire pit were great. Our only critique is that the house was not very close to the beach, restaurants, or other things to do. There is a "beach access" point a few blocks from the house but it is a rocky beach where you cannot really swim or lay out. Had to drive ~15 min to true beach and ~20 min to town/restaurants. Otherwise great stay. House had puzzles, grill on the porch, coffee maker with coffee, games, beach chairs, and was very clean.

this house was perfect for a long winter weekend with a group of friends to celebrate my retirement. each bedroom is lovely! and each has its own special features and a spectacular view of the sunrise so couple felt like they got stuck with the “bad” room. the common space was perfect for hanging out in our pajamas all day long — cooking in the well appointed kitchen, eating and playing games at the large dining room table, watching tv all hunkered down on the huge sofa. craig was very easy to communicate with and came by to fix two VERY minor problems within hours. i will definitely rent this house again.

While still in high school, I designed and built my first vacation home on Cape Cod. Later in University, I studied architectural preservation, with an emphasis on Cape Cod's famous Shingle Style home. In the early 90's, I began designing and building some of Cape Cod's most iconic homes in this style. Since, my travels around the world have inspired me to fuse the traditional Cape Cod style with subtle international influences and inspirations. My design personality takes advantage of this global perspective to include the finest comforts from all corners of the world. It has become my passion to find clever ways to subtly incorporate these finer influences into the warm and cozy style original to the Cape. Having rented my homes since 1992, I take very seriously my guests' experience. For example,Harbor House in West Falmouth is one of Cape Cod's most popular rentals.
