This property is located in Malden, just fifteen minutes from Downtown Boston. The House is Simply beautiful, clean, and comfortable for friends and families. There is everything to feel at home: The house can accommodate 6 people. There are three bedrooms with a king and 2 queen size beds . There's 2 full bathrooms and a half bath on the first floor. The kitchen is amazing with brand new top of the line appliances for all your cooking needs. We also have a washer and dryer for you convenience while staying at our property. Other amenities include free Wi-Fi and cable television. The property is professionally cleaned and we provide the necessity to help prevent the spread of virus. No party’s are allowed at the property, based on the CDC guidelines we do not allow more than 6 people at the property.

Close to Boston with a great kitchen and nice outdoor space

We came to Boston for the marathon and we needed a place to stay that was priced reasonably and had enough space for our family of 6. The kitchen is a great space for a family and has new appliances and everything we needed to make meals. One word of caution, Do NOT go down the stairs in socks. The stairs are slippery and we had a family member fall. Fortunately he is young and was fine but just a word of caution for older ones. Other than that it’s a very nice home and close to restaurants and stores. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect for our trip

Clean, convenient and comfortable. Short drive to restaurants, grocery and metro. Plenty of room in house, and amazing kitchen to cook and eat in Appliances were incredible! CVS across street. A great little Italian grocery a couple of minute walk down street. Very easy access to highways. Close to Salem, Concord, and many other destinations within one hour or less to visit. 20-25 minutes by metro to downtown, where hop on/hop off trolley took us to many major historic sites Would stay here again! Hosts wonderful to communicate with.

Perfect location

This property is in the perfect location for visiting Boston and Salem! It was a very quiet neighborhood even being beside a business district. The house is beautiful and the beds sleep so good! Owners are wonderful with communication!!!
