Malden Apartment

The two-floor apartment was spacious and clean, conveniently located, and we enjoyed our three-night stay. The main downside was that one of the bedrooms did not have a/c, contrary to what was stated in the listing. But we would stay there again in a more temperate season.

Good stay in Boston

The apartment was very clean. It had the basic amenities we needed. It is a modest apartment, but only about 20 minutes from downtown Boston and a good price. My only concern is that the stairs up to this second floor apartment were very steep. The stairs up to the bedrooms on the third floor were even steeper. We were a group of senior citizens with some physical difficulties. I think that the advertisement for this site should indicate that it is not amenable to those with disabling conditions. We had some difficulties on the stairs. I would also recommend that the owner consider adding just a few more railings or hand-holds on the stairways. That would have helped considerably.
