Villa mit Mängeln

Die Villa ist großzügig und beeindruckt auf den 1. Blick. Der Vermieter ist unfreundlich. Bei Ankunft ging kein warmes Wasser und auch das Gas in der Küche funktionierte nicht, was auf einen Defekt im Heizungssystem zurück zu führen war. Wir hatten Fisch gekauft und mussten dann Pizza bestellen. Der Vermieter kam und wir hatten warmes Wasser durch eine Notreparatur in einem Bad gegen 22.00 Uhr. Bei dem Gewitter in der Nacht regnete es in 3Zimmern rein und wir mussten tüchtig aufwischen. Am anderen Morgen sollten laut Vermieter alle Bäder funktionieren jedoch nach der 1. Benutzung tropfte das Wasser durch die Decke so das wir für den gesamten Aufenthalt 1 Bad zum Duschen für 9 Personen benutzten. Es handelt sich um eine sehr schöne Villa, die leider baufachlich ungenügend erstellt wurde.

Io non sono una persona scortese anzi tutt'altro si era rotto un tubo di del gas lasciato fuoriuscire tutto il gas dei serbatoi, a sua chiamata mi sono precipitato per darle assistenza, contattato chi di competenza e nell'arco di un ora e durante il violento temporale vi ho dato l'acqua calda e il gas in cucina. Per quanto riguarda la pioggia in non so se lei casa sua tiene le finestre aperte quando piove. E poi si vergogni di tutta la spazzatura che ha lasciato all'interno della villa mi spiace che non posso pubblicare la foto. Gente come lei meglio perderla che trovarla
