Vacation house in South Czech republic
Our Vacation house is located 18 km from the historical city of Tabor (southern part of the Czech republic), in typical Czech village named Sudomerice u Bechyne.
The house has two floors, and was build around 1920. Thanks to the complete reconstruction in 2007 and 2017, the house offers comfortable accommodation for up to 11 people. The house is fully fenced, and offers possibility to park 3 cars within the front yard.
The total living area of the Holiday house is around 180 m2 (1.700 square feet). Inside the house you will find two bathrooms with bathtub and shower, two toilets, three bedrooms and two living rooms. In the main floor is well-appointed kitchen with basic equipment for recreational staying (stuff, microwave oven, refrigerator...).
The holiday house is surrounded by 1.200 m2 (1.400 square yards) garden with summer pool 3,5 x 7 meters and outside fireplace with sitting area, where you can enjoy outside grilling.
Our Holiday house is rentable for minimum 1 week for max of 11 people, and offers plenty of activities year round from Golf (3 km) to local Spa and Wellness (8 km) in the southern part of the Czech Republic. For price of the rent please see our price-list.
