Clean, spacious, but not quite the ocean views adv
This was a good sized property but the ocean views were outside the main bedroom if you leaned over the balcony. Unfortunately there is little privacy on this whole side of the building as the people who live next door sit on their balcony with binoculars and can see directly into two of the bedrooms and the bathrooms. If you wanted privacy and a genuine ocean view then I would possibly not choose this property

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. Unfortunately, the side balcony does have limited privacy when there are tenants in the neighbouring units. However, we still value this bonus outdoor space because it is on the opposite side of the building to the main balcony, which means that it is always possible to find a sunny (or shady) spot. And because we have a balcony on two sides of the building it is usually possible to protect ourselves when strong winds are blowing, or alternatively to enjoy a refreshing breeze when there is one. We also love being able to retreat to the side balcony, away from our noisy children to enjoy the view or just to check out the beach conditions. Sheer curtains in the bedroom provide daytime privacy and blockout curtains provide night-time privacy.
