Cozy and amazing apartment very well located and modern
Cozy apartment very well located in the most secure and centric district of Lima, is only 8 blocks to the American embassy, close to the shopping centers "El Polo" (walking distance) and "Jockey Plaza" (5 min) The apartment is nicely modern just decorated with all new furnitures, you can be the first guest to take it! The apartment has 4 bedrooms and can comfortably accomodate up to 7 people (5 adults and 2 kids) The apartament has everything you need to enjoy your stay in my city
The apartment is very well located in a condo with very nice backyard for kids and also has social place you can use or if you want to do a social meeting for at most 50 people you can hire by an additional cost subject to availability
I will always available if you need something like information or anything you need looking for a great stay in Lima either english or spanish.
Many main attractions in a walking distance like the best restaurants in Lima located in El Polo Av, gyms, clinics and small mini markets
New business centers are developing during last years in this area so you also can have many international companies just blocks away from the apartament.
