It is only a 3-minute walk across the street to the Atlantic Ocean with its extensive beaches which invite you to go walking or surfing. You will usually share the beach with only a few people. For more entertainment bars and restaurants are close by - many with direct beach or riverfront seating.

You are in a perfect location for many entertaining activities. Orlando is only a 60-minute drive away with the world-famous theme parks and shopping malls. On the horizon, you can see the world-famous Kennedy- Space-Center which is very interesting to explore.

Since Cape Canaveral with its huge cruise ship harbor is only a 20-minute drive away be our guest before or after your cruise.

You will have the full apartment for yourself. You will share the pool and spacious gardens with the tenants of the 2 other apartments.

Cocoa Beach with its gorgeous beaches and pleasant water temperatures offers ideal conditions for all types of water sports or just for relaxing.
Cocoa Beach offers an extensive variety of restaurants and entertainment. Among others, one must mention the numerous golf courses, the Pier, and the many shops such as the biggest Ron-Jon-surfshop in the US.
It is only 45 minutes to Orlando International Airport and 2.5 hours to Miami International Airport.
The large cruise ship port in Cape Canaveral is only 20 minutes away.
