The Ledges is a conveniently located, popular complex in the Heart of Osage Beach. Our Guests appreciate the hard to find combination of outstanding main-channel views and the serenity of a peaceful no-wake cove. The complex offers two pools, one of which is on the point of the property with a great view of the Lake - also a great location to enjoy the sunset. In addition, there is a sandy beach play and swim area that the kids really enjoy!

While the complex has many units, not all are created equal... This particular condo is a Rare 4 Bedroom Unit. It is easily accessible from the upper parking lot by just 4 steps. The large deck offers a great view overlooking the boat docks and cove out toward the Lake's main channel.

You'll appreciate the condo owners' tasteful decor and comfortable furnishings as you relax and visit in the open living area. Enjoy the Large-Screen HD Cable TV and bring along your laptop or tablets and log onto the Internet at High-Speed with Free Wi-Fi!

The Kitchen is fully-equipped and the Gas Grill is awaiting your Barbeque on the Deck.

The Master Suite has a King-sized bed, private bath, walk-in closet, Cable TV, and a fantastic Lake View. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms offer comfortable Queen sized beds, ceiling fans, and TV's. The 4th bedroom is set up for kids to enjoy with 2 Twin over Full Custom-Built Bunk Beds. There is a TV and ceiling fan in the 4th bedroom as well. Altogether, the condo can comfortably accommodate up to 12 with a mix of adults and children.

BOATERS: Our boat slips are close by and available upon request. The State Park is just a short drive away and offers very nice ramping facilities as well as short to long-term trailer parking for your Boat or Personal Watercraft Trailer. By water, you'll be on the 20.5 Mile Marker just around the corner from the Grand Glaize Bridge.

Our guests enjoy what seems to be an unlimited list of things to do from taking a Helicopter Tour to playing a round of Golf at one of the many of the fantastic courses the Lake area is known for! There's so much for the kids to do including Go Karting, Mini-Golf, and getting Frozen Custard at Randy's or Andy's! Be adventurous and Hike one of the many State Park Trails or go visit Ha Ha Tonka! There's an abundance of things to do within a short drive Year-Round!

Thanksgiving Thanksgiving!!!

Very nice place. Just as the listing describes. If you have kids they would love the upstairs room with bunks. The stairs going up could be tricky if you have to many cocktails. LOL! Love being on the top floor with only 4 steps up from parking lot made loading and unloading very easy for us. I would recommend. I also like the electric grill on the deck.

Quick weekend stay

We were in town for a baseball tournament at Ballparks National. We’re so happy we stayed here. Close to restaurants and shopping but quiet and relaxing for downtime.

Friends Fall Retreat

We had a wonderful time. The condo was clean and perfect for our group of 8 adults. We had everything we needed. We wished we could have had a fire in the fireplace but it was empty. The kitchen had everything we needed but the knives weren’t that great. The views were fantastic!! I especially loved be able to park in the top lot and not have to lug our things up to the fourth floor!!

Nice option for family getaway

We’ve visited the Ozarks for more than 20 years & it’s always a great summer vacation! Condo: Nicely decorated & great location on property and area attractions. The ability to park & walk to condo on the same level was a plus! We had 3 families together, upstairs loft with bunks was perfect for our teens. Beds we’re comfortable. Stocked with almost everything you need in kitchen. Owner was quick to reply to problem with ice maker not working. Nice view of the lake but lots of wasps around on the deck. If you have a boat, this is a perfect location on the lake. Complex: Nice pools but could’ve been cleaned more often for bugs. Pool near lake was much colder. Clean swimming area in the lake with beach was nice. Hot tub on property would be a nice addition. Great fishing from docks, lots of wildlife with turtles, raccoons & deer. Would definitely stay here again!
