Are you ready to enjoy THE LAKE??? This walk-in level 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Condominium overlooks the Pool and Sandy Beach right out back! It has everything you need for an awesome getaway! You'll certainly appreciate the owners fresh updates and remodeling. This one really is a stand-out!

The Ledges is a conveniently located, popular complex in the Heart of Osage Beach. The Ledges offers the hard to find combination of outstanding main-channel views and the serenity of a peaceful no-wake cove. The complex offers two pools, one of which is overseen from the condo along with the sandy Beach area! The additional pool is on the Point of the property with a fantastic view of the Lake's main channel - at perfect location to enjoy the sunset. The sandy beach playground and lake swimming is a part of the complex that the kids really enjoy!

In the Spacious, Open Main Living Area, you'll appreciate the comfortable, updated furnishings, the Large Flat Panel TV, and plenty of seating whether eating at the table or breakfast bar or lounging in front of the TV while overlooking the Lake. Bring along your laptop or tablet and log onto the Internet at High-Speed!

The Kitchen is fully-equipped and the Grill on the Deck is awaiting your Barbeque!

The Master Suite features a King-sized bed, private bath, walk-in closet, and a view of the Lake. The Master also has direct access to the deck. The 2nd Bedroom has a comfortable Queen-sized bed and the 3rd Bedroom offers Two Twin-sized beds! All Three Bedrooms offer cable TV and ceiling fans. The Living Room includes a sofa sleeper to accommodate two more... Altogether, the condo comfortably accommodates 8 guests.

For the Boaters, our 30-40' boat slips are available upon request. The State Park is just a short drive away and offers very nice ramping facilities as well as short to long-term trailer parking for your Boat or Personal Watercraft Trailer. By water, you'll be on the 20.5 Mile Marker just around the corner from the Grand Glaize Bridge.

For the Ladies' Weekends, all the shopping at the Lake is close by! The Lake of the Ozarks hosts the Factory Outlet Village, the largest Outlet Mall in the State with over 110 factory direct outlets. These stores are jam-packed with famous name brand merchandise at prices that will amaze even the most experienced bargain hunters...25-70% savings.

For the Golfers: You've surely heard of the awesome courses the Lake area boasts. All of them are just a short drive from the centrally located Ledges Complex. Bring those Clubs!

This was the perfect place to stay for our trip to the Ozarks! It wasn’t far from all of the adventures we had planned. Annual girls trip

This was our second time staying at the condo and it was just as nice the second time around. It is everything described in the website. There were 5 of us and there was more than enough everyone. The lights on the porch are a nice touch. I enjoyed several hours sitting on the deck at night just enjoying the quiet.

Annual Trip to Lake

Every year my sister and my nieces come to Osage Beach to start our Christmas shopping. We needed a bigger place this year and this condo fit the bill. Right at the edge of the complex, so very convenient to get in and out. Plenty of room for 7 people. Jason was very helpful with any questions I had.

Quiet and Friendly

We stayed Monday thru Friday. The stay was quiet and the people were friendly. We were clise to the beach and enjoyed lots of time there as well as in the public pool which was very clean and relaxing. Ducks in lake were friendly and we feed them some bread. Lots of fish came up to eat the bread as well. Everyone in my family had a very relaxing and peaceful time. Perfect getaway for us all!

We had a great stay. The location was great. The unit was close to the pool and the beach. The only complaint was the mattresses could all stand to be replaced. The master was extremely soft and lumpy. The queen sank every one to the middle and the twins were loud and creaky. The property was clean and had everything we needed and the right amount of space. We enjoyed our stay overall.

Overall it was fine. Nothing bad but nothing great. The tvs in the additional bedrooms were very difficult. One had the streaming system unplugged, which I ultimately figured out on my own. The other we never did manage to make work. That was a bit of a challenge with the teens staying in that room. Due to this, I did learn the owners and property manager are different individuals. I will say the manager is very responsive and went above and beyond to attempt to help. The kitchen is only basically equipped and there is no space to store food you bring so keep that in mind when planning and packing. Great location if you like the pool though.

The sink kept overflowing or is stopped up. Tried garbage disposal, and water would go down but then right back up again. In addition to the sink the dishwasher was also linking. Other than the kitchen sink issues the condo was fantastic. My mother and daughter loved it.

An honest mistake was made right.

when we got to our original condo rental, it had not been cleaned with Dog Hair everywhere and the Towels and Blankets strung out. I contacted the person that was handling our stay and he promptly got us in another room at no extra charge within the hour! I know mixups sometimes happen but I was grateful for how quickly he acted and how apologetic he was over something that wasn't his mistake. If we ever have to come back again, we will plan to use him again.

Beautiful condo with great views and very clean

This was a beautiful condo with great location, views and proximity to the beach and pool. It was beautifully decorated and very clean. I was very disappointed in the king sized bed as it was incredibly lumpy!!! There was a 4” mattress pad over the mattress that did little to mask the lumps especially those right at hip level across the center of the bed. I ended up having the kids sleep in the master as the bed was terribly uncomfortable for any adult. I’ve slept on better air mattresses. The Teflon pots and pans were very rusty, scratched, and dirty. . Not at all healthy to cook on. We already bought groceries to cook at the condo, so I ended up having to make a special shopping trip to buy some cheap pots and pans from so we could cook. For the price we paid, I expect a better mattresses and pots and pans that can be used.

The Lake of the Ozarks is an area we've always enjoyed vacationing. Once we were in a position to purchase a vacation home, this was our first choice! There's been so much growth at the Lake in recent years that all the comforts of home are right here - when you're 'away from it all' at the lake, everything you need is still close by which makes it that much more relaxing to take a break!
