The Dugout 2 apartment is perfect for one or two people. This is an upstairs one bedroom apartment that offers a queen size bed, one full bath, a comfortable living room with a large flat screen TV, and a fully equipped eat-in kitchen. Outdoors is a beautiful area with a patio set and gas grill to relax and barbecue, as well as a shared on-site laundry facility. High speed wireless internet (Wi-Fi) and air conditioning are standard amenities included with all our rental properties.

The eat-in kitchen features a full size refrigerator with automatic ice maker, gas range, microwave and an updated tiled floor and backsplash. The bathroom is fully tiled with a granite floor. There are 2 smart flat screen Roku TV's in this apartment. There is an on-site, shared free laundry facility, and shared balcony area.



There is ample off-street parking, as well as high speed wireless internet (Wi-Fi) for all the apartments.

The Dugouts are located in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood, just minutes from Baseball World and Cooperstown All Star Village, as well as close to the downtown and Southside shopping districts.



A car is best for exploring the area. There are taxis and the public bus, but Uber and Lyft are scarce.

Perfect for visitors to CASV

Dugout 2 is perfect for a small family visiting the Cooperstown all star village. Living room has enough space for an air mattress. Having a kitchen is key to not paying exorbitant Casv prices. Dugout2 is clean, well maintained, and has all the basics of what you need. On-site laundry a significant bonus, as I was able to limit packed items. Highly recommend!

Lakeview Pines was Perfect for Us!

We stayed at Cooperstown Baseball Rental’s Lakeview Pines during our visit to Cooperstown to watch our Grandson play baseball at All Star Village. We originally had booked one of their smaller Units, but they very kindly let us upgrade to Lakeview Pines when we realized that we would need more space. The Unit was clean, well maintained and in a really beautiful and quaint neighborhood. Our unit was adjacent the beautiful lake and had a large front yard where a few impromptu Wiffleball games broke out! It was located only about 15 minutes from the Baseball fields and about 20 minutes from Downtown Cooperstown! Nora, Neal and everyone we had contact with at CBR was very welcoming and made the booking, check in and check out process very easy. Thank you Jerry O for everything!! We had a wonderful time, and will definitely be back!!

Professional and prepared

This is a professionally run property management company with a staff that has been very responsive and kind for guest requests. When the neighborhood was without power they had took extra care to let me know what the status of the situation was and provided back up power.

Fantastic

Needed a place to stay while my son played at Cooperstown All Star Village. Dugout 2 was perfect! Very, very clean and plenty of room. The kitchen was fully outfitted, the living room was comfortable, the bed was also comfortable. The bedroom had a huge closet, which was very handy. The only thing I'd change is to have a slightly larger shower and bathroom, but it was perfectly fine. Dedicated parking was great to have. Quiet neighborhood, but not far from everything I needed. Recommended without question!
