The home's layout is ideal for families sharing a Cooperstown week. Two king suites are located at opposite ends of the house, each with its own private full bathroom, giving families extra space and privacy. One of the two king suites features an accessible bathroom with grab bars. Three additional bedrooms — two queen rooms and one with two twin beds — provide comfortable accommodations for the rest of the group, with two additional full bathrooms nearby.



Between games, relax on the enclosed waterfront sunporch, enjoy the spacious yard and patio, or head out on the water. Goose Bay features a private boat launch and floating dock, with a canoe and kayak provided for guests. Keep an eye out for geese, ducks, herons, egrets and the occasional bald eagle!

No team parties or large gatherings. Signing of our Renter Agreement is required within 48 hours to avoid possible cancellation.
A security/damage deposit hold will be placed on the credit card on file 2 days before arrival ($500 for lakefront, $200 for all others)
