Merganser Condo is a wonderful and cozy place to make your homebase for excursions all over the coast of Washington. Perfect for couples and small groups, this is a great place to make your home-away-from home.

MERGANSER CONDO

Up to four guests are welcome here between the bedroom and its queen bed and the sleeper sofa in the living area which can easily accommodate two guests. A full kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, flatware, and everything you need to cook your own meals before enjoying them at the adjacent dining area.

An inviting living area features a couch, coffee table and two comfortable leather recliners, all centered around a TV with DVD player. From your seats here, you can take in the tremendous view of the Pacific Ocean, the dunes, and the seabirds that flit about them. In good weather you can adjourn to the private deck and smell the sea air. Dogs are welcome with our standard per dog, per night fee.

Please note that the fireplace in this unit is currently not available for guest use.

Booking one of our properties in Moclips Beach? In this little community, you'll find an array of seaside activities for you, your friends and family to venture into.

Fly a kite in a contest, build a sand sculpture or go sea kayaking. There are numerous nearby state parks that are perfect for hiking, surfing or just an afternoon stroll along the beach.

During the Spring and Summer, you'll be able to bird watch or go crabbing. If it's warm enough, take a surfing lesson or go fishing, so you can catch something for dinner later!

Visiting us during the colder months is perfectly okay, too. There are beachside restaurants and museums between Moclips Beach and Ocean Shores that will keep you busy while still being able to enjoy those stunning views.

We are available to assist you every day of the year. If you have any questions or concerns before, during or after your visit to our home, Please, just ask. We have onsite property management that is available 24/7 for anything concerning that may arise.

MANAGED: Property requires good behavior and adherence to instructions, house rules, terms, conditions, onsite instructions, and may require online registration, accidental damage protection, and electronic signature before final booking confirmation, or you may cancel before proceeding at that time. Access instruction including access will be emailed. If not received, call before traveling to property. Phones open 9am to 7pm every day. Unless otherwise arranged, check-in is between 5 and 7pm and check-out is before 11am. Dogs only allowed if approved in advanced in writing with quantity, weight limit, and a per-dog, per-day fee. Due to government and owner requirements, occupancy may never exceed the number of registered guests, dogs and vehicles. Drop-in guests are not allowed. For security, there may be outwardly facing security cameras, capable of constant recording, and interior decibel meters to monitor noise. Bookings over 30 days or longer are with Prospera VIP.
