Gorgeous luxury 7 bedroom property (2 suites together as one rental)

This gorgeous modern property (built in 2012) is made up of two separate suites and is great for a large group wanting to stay together. It has 2 kitchens, 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms and sleeps up to 13 guests. It is in a central location (Main Street area) near public transit, parks, and walking distance to many shops and restaurants and only 20 minutes by taxi to the airport and downtown. You will be renting the entire property so you won’t be sharing with anyone else. The main house has five bedrooms (three up, one on the main and one in the basement) and can sleep 9. The two-bedroom basement suite has two queen beds and sleeps 4. These two are connected so it is just one big house.. The house has air conditioning, BBQ, a nice yard/garden, and is steps away from a nice park. You will be very comfortable here.

In the winter time, the two bedroom basement suite is rented so guests will only have access to the five bedroom main house.

Family trip

Spent time with our family here exploring Vancouver. This is a lovely house in a great location. We loved sitting on the deck in the morning. Close to many restaurants and an easy ride to attractions downtown.

Great rental for large family group

The house was great. Well appointed and very clean. Property manager was very responsive each time I messaged him. This house worked great for our extended family. Lots of space in the kitchen to gather around. Several decent places to get groceries, wine and take out near by.

Great, relaxing home base for your Vancouver stay

Our extended family of 11 really enjoyed our stay here. We wish it could have been longer! Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for all, plus 2 sets of washer/dryer meant everyone’s needs could be accommodated. The house has great style, modern appliances and really felt like a home away from home. We can’t wait to visit again!

Fantastic for a group!

My group winnowed down to just 5 by the time we traveled - the other 8 totally missed out! Plenty of room, great water pressure, comfortable beds… indoor and outdoor space, easy access to main routes but still quiet - if you have mobility issues be aware of the stairs to get to the house, then to the entrance I would stay here again in a heart beat!

A truly wonderful spot for a family trip

This spacious home was clean, comfortable, and convenient for our 10-person-family post-Alaska-cruise weekend before heading home. There was plenty of space for grandparents, parents, college-aged kids, and grade-school-aged kids to spread out or come together for family meals. The kids of all ages spent a surprising amount of time jumping on the trampoline in the front yard and browsing the vast library of interesting books on the shelf! It was an easy Uber ride to the sprawling Stanley Park (although watch out for downtown traffic) and the stunningly beautiful VanDusen Botanical Gardens, as well as to the Vancouver airport for our final travel leg. Jason communicated clearly and promptly, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time and wished we could have stayed longer.

Great Location, Comfortable Home

Our group of 10 thoroughly enjoyed this home. An added bonus is the outside patio just off of the dining room. The kitchen is well stocked and the home is convenient to shops on Main Street and Fraser Ave. We hope to return!

great location and hosts

This was a great home for a family reunion and lots of bedrooms and bathrooms for everybody. Fully accessorized kitchen as well. Easy access to Vancouver and walkable to local shops. Owner rents the basement suite separately so there are tenants on the property if not renting the entree home and basement suite.

Really great stay

Beautiful house, good communication with host. Very clean and the kids loved it. Couldn't get the wifi working but the host tried their best to resolve it while we were there and I'm sure it would be resolved if we had stayed longer. Very close to several good restaurants.

Perfect location =)

We had three families staying with us and all the kids loved the property! It was more than enough for a group of 11 people. The rooms were clean with plenty of bathrooms. The location was centralized and convenient for us to get to all of the destinations on our agenda. We will definitely stay there again in the future!
