• Two fully equipped kitchens — a large main kitchen with oversized island seating 5, and a secondary guest kitchen — ideal for large groups cooking simultaneously
• Spacious main living room open to the kitchen, with a large sectional and a big-screen TV
• Formal dining area seating 8 with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the front porch
• King master suite upstairs with private balcony access, walk-in closet, and spa ensuite featuring a jacuzzi tub and separate rainfall shower
• Three upstairs bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and a spacious built-in closet
• Two main-floor bedrooms with large picture windows and garden views
• Backyard deck with outdoor seating for 6, plus upper balcony with mountain glimpses

The backyard garden area is shared. The basement unit has its own separate entrance and operates independently from the guest space.

• The basement unit is separately occupied with its own entrance and does not share any interior access to the main home.
• As much as we love furry friends, we’re unable to host pets at this home.
• Pack 'n Play and highchair are available upon request for $75 CAD each.
