Welcome to our spacious 6,100 sq ft retreat in Vancouver’s prestigious Shaughnessy, featuring warm wood interiors, oak floors, and elegant living spaces. This refined home offers formal and casual dining, a private office, and a garden-facing den. With a separate-entry suite, media room, and easy access to UBC, downtown, and the airport, it blends comfort, privacy, and convenience.
- Guests will have full access to the property but not including the garage and the garden suite.
- Street parking is not allowed but we have 1 parking lot in the lane way and 1 in the back yard.
Experience comfort and space in this expansive Vancouver home, thoughtfully designed for families and group stays. The main floor features a large living room, two dining areas, a primary bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite bathroom, plus an additional guest restroom.
The lower level offers three bedrooms, each with king-size beds, along with a full bathroom and a convenient laundry area. Upstairs, you’ll find three more bedrooms, including a primary suite with a private bathroom, alongside a shared bath. Sleeping arrangements include a mix of king and queen beds, providing flexibility and comfort for every guest.

- We kindly ask that you treat this home as your own. Please respect our house rules and the neighborhood to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for everyone. - Violating any of the following rules will result in immediate removal from the property without a refund. Guests will also be held responsible for any damages, fines, or extra costs incurred.
NO SHOES INSIDE THE HOUSE - Upon entering the house, we ask that all shoes are removed to keep the floors and carpeting clean. We provide slippers for all of our guests in a little box at the entrance if you prefer to wear something inside. Thank you.
HANDLE LUGGAGE WITH CARE - Dragging suitcases or any items that may scratch the hardwood floor is strictly prohibited.
STRICTLY NO PARTIES, EVENTS, OR EXTRA GUESTS - This home is meant for a peaceful retreat with close friends and family. We strictly do not allow: • Parties, events, or gatherings of any kind • Extra guests, visitors, or friends who are not part of the booking ** If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing place to stay, this would be a wonderful option. However, if you are looking for a home to entertain others, please do not book.
RESPECT OUR NEIGHBORHOOD— NOISE CONTROL & NEIGHBORHOOD BYLAWS - We ask that you treat this home and community as if it were your own neighborhood. Our neighborhood has a strict Noise Control Bylaw. To avoid any issues, please be mindful of noise levels, especially in outdoor areas: • Strict quiet hours from 10 PM to 9 AM. • No outdoor music is allowed without host permission. • Do not tamper with security cameras or monitors. • If a rule is broken, we will issue one warning. Failure to comply may result in removal from the property by police if necessary. ** We strictly enforce these rules by: • Monitoring guest arrivals via exterior security cameras. • Relying on our neighbors, who do not mind respectful Airbnb guests but will report excessive noise, additional guests, or disturbances.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY & EXTRA BEDS - We have a strict occupancy limit for guests staying overnight: • Maximum: 10 adults • If you need additional bedding, we have duvets available for an extra linen and cleaning fee. *If you exceed the maximum occupancy without permission, you will be asked to leave without a refund.
NO PETS – STRICTLY ENFORCED - This is a pet-free home. We promote this as an allergen-free space and cannot accommodate any animals. If a guest brings a pet into our home, this will result in: • Immediate cancellation of the reservation with no refund. • An unauthorized pet fee. • Charges for all damages, additional cleaning costs, and inspection fees for possible damages. • Immediate removal from the property. ** If you need a pet-friendly listing, we kindly ask that you book a different property.
NO SMOKING, DRUGS, OR EXCESSIVE ALCOHOL • Smoking, vaping, marijuana, and any drugs are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. • Smoking outside is also not allowed, as it poses a serious fire hazard. • Any evidence of smoking or drug use will result in a $2,000 fine— closely monitored with Airbnb. ** While responsible alcohol consumption is allowed, we do not permit excessive drinking that could lead to loud behavior or disturbances.
THEFT POLICY FOR STOLEN ITEMS – ZERO TOLERANCE - Theft of any items from the property will result in a formal police report. - Missing items or damaged items will be immediately reported to Airbnb and will be taken out of the damage deposit you have paid Airbnb at the beginning of your stay. ** We work closely with local law enforcement and Airbnb to track and recover stolen property.
