Our North Adelaide Apartment is superbly located in the relatively quiet Archer Street in North Adelaide. It is fully self contained, has 2 bedrooms with queen sized beds, separate kitchen with all the cooking gear and utensils that you would need including a coffee pod machine, separate dining area and lounge room. The outdoor deck & patio with a BBQ is a real bonus.
It is just 150 metres from O'Connell Street and numerous restaurant & cafe options. 10 minutes walk to Adelaide Oval. Another 5 minutes and you could be in Adelaide city centre, Adelaide Casino or the Festival Theatre. Our apartment is located right alongside North Adelaide Village which includes a 24 hour Fitness Centre, Supermarket, Fruit & Veg shop, Butcher shop, cafes, hairdressers and more. We guarantee you'll love the location.
This is a ground floor apartment so easy to access and no stairs to climb. The outdoor living area is a real highlight and increases the living space by around 25%. Sit under a shady tree with a coffee, beer or wine and enjoy the space. The rear of the apartment overlooks a pleasant garden area. Why this Property? It is where I would choose to live myself. I love the location and the lifestyle that North Adelaide provides. Its close proximity to so many restaurants, cafes & pubs is an absolute plus, as is the close proximity to Adelaide Oval and the city centre. And my guests love it!!

Location location location!
And from a lifestyle point of view I love the outside deck & patio area and the extra space that this provides . In a fantastic location close to cafes & restaurants, right on the city's edge, but quiet and private.
