Warmth and recuperation

We enjoyed the warm weather and close proximity to the beach. My husband’s 87 yr old mother joined us to regain strength after being down from broken bone. The location was great for her to get out and walk several times a day. The unit was comfortable for us to share and had all the necessities.

Stay at Regatta Vanderbilt Beach FL

A very nice place…plenty of room, good condition. A great location…very short walk to pool…5 minute walk to beach…plenty of restaurants and stores close by in Naples. Property management and owner were very nice, helpful and accommodating.

Anniversary getaway

This was the second time we staying at this property. We love the location which is close to the beach and to other convenient places - Ritz, Mercato, Publix, Turtle Club and so many others. The condo is comfortable and spacious. Thank you for letting us stay!

Perfect!!

This is our second time staying in this condo. It’s perfect for our family. Walking distance to the beach, Ritz Carlton is right across the street, my mom stayed there so we walked over every day. Hope it’s available next year when we come to Florida!!

Wonderful place and location

The Regatta property was great. Just a few blocks from the beach, right across the street from the Ritz, short drive to Publix and Whole Foods. Very convenient location.

Great condo!

Our first stay at Regatta. Condo was very nice and had everything we needed. Great walking paths nearby, close to beach, shopping and many restaurants. Resort management was very responsive!

Nice property

The condo is clean and spacious. The pool was nice and warm and never crowded. Beach chairs, umbrella and toys provided were a nice surprise. Enjoyed our two weeks!

Wonderful Condo

Lovely Condo in a perfect location. Beach, restaurants and shopping close by. We’ve stayed in many places in Naples ... but this is our favorite because of the location. It was easy to call and get answers for any of our questions.

Perfect family vacation spot!

We loved this Regatta condo and it’s perfect location! If you love the beach, you can’t beat this. Condo is within walking distance to beautiful Vanderbilt Beach and close to everything (shopping, grocery, restaurants). The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and then some. We’ve stayed at Regatta in the past and would pick this condo again. We will definitely be back! Only recommendation is for the owners to provide 6 beach chairs, beach cart, and cooler. EVERYTHING else is there.

Christmas at Regatta

The condo was perfect in every way! Clean, comfortable, spacious.....looks like a model home. Well-equipped kitchen and full-sized appliances. Plenty of room for a family of 5, and a great location: walk to the beach, shops, movie theaters and restaurants. Nice pool, easy in-and-out at the gate-Regatta gets an A+!

Perfect condo!!

This condo was perfect for my family. 3 bedrooms, each with there own TV. A nice large kitchen and dining room area. The lanai is great for sitting outside, away from the bugs, it was perfect for the beautiful evenings. The property is well kept and the security at the front gate was so helpful. We walked to the Ritz Carlton everyday, my mom was staying there. Nice 5 minute walk each morning and evening. The pool area is very spacious and my kids loved the waterfall. I can’t wait to come back next year!! If you like your privacy and space, this property is for you.

We loved it!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The condo really exceeded our expectations. It was clean, spacious, decorated nicely, and it had a lot of windows so it was light and bright. The complex was beautiful and you could walk to the beach. Our sons used the fitness room and we enjoyed the pool. There were restaurants near nearby that were great. We would come back- I would highly recommend it!

Wonderful Stay

We enjoyed the condo very much. It exceeded our expectations. Lots of windows and light! The place was very clean and spacious. We also enjoyed the complex amenities; the beautiful pool and the fitness room. The beach was a short walk away. It was fantastic!
