Nice location and property! Enjoyed our stay. Busy city but rental is off the main drag so quiet yet close to the city center. Seems to have everything you might need for short stay.

A very nice modern apartment

The apartment itself was superb. Clean, secure, modern. The location was excellent and close to everything one would want to see.A tip: bring your own salt and pepper and a little cooking oil. The kitchen is lovely but has absolutely nothing in the way of things like that.

Best location in Toulouse

Best location ever. Toulouse is a great city, but this location is simply the best spot. The apartment is clean and very fonctionnal. It lacks the charme of a home were owners actually live, but you get everything you need. Washer and dishwasher is a great bonus. Highly re ommended.

College dorm room chic. Meets basic needs, short on comfort and safety, mainly in terms of shower, which is very slippery. Hint: shower is less slippery if one doesnt use provided soap. Shower could also use a grab bar and a caddy to hold shampoo

Toulouse stay March 2023

Excellently positioned apartment to explore the city centre of Toulouse, with all the main tourist attractions within walking distance. Lots of bars and restaurants located nearby. The real bonus with this apartment is the parking space which is easy to access and very secure. The flat itself is simply furnished, clean and well presented. My only gripe is the ultra soft mattress on the bed, which a personal preference because I sleep better on a firmer mattress.

Just OK. Communication with the property manager could have been better. And during the night, there was a tranformer-type sound coming from a device at the entry ceiling that kept us up. It would come on every 1 or 2 minutes.

Great location

Unfortunately, we were a day late in arriving for our two day stay, due to airline issues, and we missed the opportunity to take advantage of the location. Due to one way streets, driving in the center of Toulouse was difficult and I passed the garage entrance once. While the instructions to open it were clear, it was difficult to get the garage doors open at night with little light, and no label on the buttons or switches.
