Noosa is Sunshine Coasts jewel and boasts the most spectacularly beautiful Beaches and National Parks in Australia and Castaways Beach 10 as a stand alone residence sits prominently on one of the most prominent beaches of all - the Sunshine Beach - Peregian Beach strip. 2 spectacular villages either side full of eateries and style. If you 'need' a holiday this is the place and no 10 is a new listing.
Between no 10 and the South Coral Sea (some refer to it as the Pacific Ocean) is the natural dune - 50 metres to the beach, beautiful coastal dune vegetation.
To the west away from the sea is Noosa National Park
Castaways is a small gated community with pool and tennis court and no/10 is superbly positioned and with generous space - the perfect holiday residence;

Great location, dog friendly, sounds of the waves are the last thing you here as you fall asleep. the sink and bath in the second bathroom had not been cleaned. Lounge chairs are old and uncomfortable. the Managers are very responsive and have informed me that the unit is having a reno in April, so expect these matters to be rectified very soon!

The owners are busy with their business and acquired the property for its prime beachfront location - its access to the beach and its privacy - they have a dog as well - the entire family enjoy the the beach, surfing and he locations amazing attributes - few places like it in the world they say ......

What makes this property unique

Located between Sunshine Beach (north) and Peregian beach to the south, the eastern perimeter is the sea and to the west, Noosa National Park. There is a bicycle trail to take you on a great trail to both. Castaways Cove is located on Castaways Beach, and for those who may require public transport there is a bus service - the most you will travel is to all parts is 8 minutes - its all there
