This was a great location for our 3 day stay for Purdue graduation. House was clean and very well stocked. We especially loved the coffee bar! Brian was great about communication and we will definitely be back for Vet school graduation!

8 of us stayed here to attend a graduation at Purdue and it was the perfect location! Not too far from town, quiet little neighborhood. Extremely clean and the perfect size for the 8 of us. We are coffee drinkers and everyone raved about the well stocker coffee bar! Thanks for the great stay!

Our family was in town for my daughter’s wedding. The house was large enough for several family members to stay in one location. It had a nice outside seating area and ample parking. We had plenty of bedding, linens, and towels for the group. Host was very accessible.

Clean and comfortable and well equipped. Helpful host.About 25 minute easy drive to campus. Photo is accurate. Second bath is not quite as convenient to one of the bedrooms but is adjacent to the other. The master suite is very nice. Everything you need for coffee or tea in the morning is supplied with the Keurig. Nice treat.

The house was very clean, and the owner was meticulous about including details that made our stay nice.. such as tea for the Keurig, bath soap and shampoo in the bathroom, there was even a first aid kit in the laundry room if needed. My only complaint was that we wanted early check-in, and while the management team was fantastic at communication, they could not help us with early arrival. The owner was not responsive to any communication before our designated check in time. However, after we checked in, he was very easy to communicate with. I would not hesitate to stay here again

Our family of 6 stayed in this delightful home for our son's wedding. We could not have been more comfortable and the home was spotless. Our host was responsive immediately with any questions we had and had nice touches throughout the home. The neighborhood was lovely and having a Walmart and other stores nearby was so convenient.

Comfortable and clean, well-appointed little house. Could use a dehumidifier, as the carpets were damp and the house had a damp smell. Houses in neighborhood were very close/cramped feeling , but we did not feel unsafe. Overall a nice stay! Nice touch that the owner left a bottle of wine with a thank you note.

This wonderful house was 7 minutes from our son's wedding reception and 15 minutes from hotels and downtown Lafayette. There were 6 adults and our family was comfortable in this clean and lovely home equipped with all the necessities. The owner was immediately responsive to any questions we had. Highly Recommend!

Brian's house was the perfect place for six adults (3 sisters and our respective spouses) to spend a weekend while in town for our annual holiday kickoff get-together at our 4th sister's house. The house was very clean, tastefully decorated and the 3 bedrooms are nicely situated so that each couple had privacy. It was a huge plus that each bedroom had a queen-sized bed. The kitchen was well-appointed and we enjoyed preparing both dinner and breakfast in the space. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Brian reached out to me the morning of our arrival to make sure the check-in instructions were clear and to make sure I knew he was available if I needed him. I reached out to him once (asking how many trick-or-treaters we should anticipate - the answer is a LOT!) and he responded promptly. I would highly recommend choosing Brian's house if your travels bring you to Lafayette.

Wonderful place to stay!

This was the perfect place for to stay at while we were visiting Purdue University in West Lafayette (approx. 15-minute drive). The owner left a Thank You card and a bottle of wine. We were very comfortable, and the house was more spacious than I expected. My daughter will be attending Purdue in the Fall. We’ll be contacting the owner for future stays since we’’ll be visiting my daughter several times over the next 4 years. We look forward to staying here again in the future. Thx.

Excellent weekend getaway!!

If you’re looking for an amazing, affordable, fantastic place to stay then I highly recommend this property!! Me and a few of my friends stayed here for a getaway weekend. Not only is this house Super well-kept, it was also spacious and really comfortable!! All the beds in the bedrooms we’re extremely comfortable along with all of the furniture in the living room. The kitchen and dining room were just perfect for us too. We loved that we had garage parking and driveway parking since us girls all drove our own cars. The best part is the owner was very responsive and extremely helpful. We definitely felt like we were in good hands. I’m certain we will be back!!

Nice stay with well equipped house and thoughtful host!

Communication with the owner of the house was very limited before the stay, however, communication with the Evolve team it was amazing! Once we arrived, the host was a great communicator and he apologized for the lack of communication prior to arrival. The house itself is in a typical middle class neighborhood. The inside of the house is dated and decor is limited; however, the host paid attention to detail to help meet any needs. There was shampoo, conditioner, and body soap in the bathrooms, along with makeup remover wipes, and other necessities. The kitchen was very well stocked, and even had a Keurig available to use, with a variety of teas. Host even had a minor emergency kit if needed. Use of garage and garage door openers was also available. The furniture was comfy and plenty of seating. Smart TVs were also available for use as well. Beds were soft and comfy and everything was very clean. We had a very pleasant stay.

Spacious, Clean, Close to Needs!

We had a great 4 day stay at this residence. Brian was a great communicator with friendly reminders. The house was as described , 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and fit all 9 of us nicely. You park in the back so having the garage door openers was very nice! The fold out couches were like most typical fold outs, not super comfortable to sleep on, but fine for kids. We just took the mattresses off and laid them on the floor for the kids each night. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, even a potato masher when we made mashed potatoes! It is very close to a Wal-Mart, which was nice for two grocery runs. Our kids (7yrs-15yrs old) went for a walk one evening and we felt safe letting them go. Would recommend Brian’s house to anyone looking for a place to stay in Lafayette.

Amazing Home

My family was in the Lafayette Area for a few days and having a home like this to stay in was great! We were welcomed with a note and some other thoughtful souvenirs. The host was very responsive and put in effort to ensure that we were comfortable while temporarily residing in his home. This home is also in a really decent location with essential stores nearby, which was convenient for us. All in all, I would greatly recommend this home for anyone visiting Lafayette!
