Private Terrace with hammock. Also, the building has a gorgeous terrace at the rooftop floor 8 where you can enjoy hammocks, sun chairs and books. Make yourself a BBQ or just have a drink.

The entrance to the building is autonomous, is a safe and tranquil neighborhood yet very central to move around. Everything relevant from Quito is at walking distance or short distances with Taxis or Public Transportation. For example Downtown is only 10min away with Ecovía 25cts
