Péssimo

Foi feito uma reserva, porém o mesmo imóvel ja estava alugado. Entrei em contato com o anunciante 3 vezes por telefone e inúmeras msg. Não foi feito o cancelamento e tive que pagar por algo que não usei. A adm do Aluguetemporada recebeu meu e-mail de reclamação e nada fez. Tomem cuidado para não serem enrolados também. Não deve ter sido a primeira vez disso.
