The place is huge and has an 80's vibe! It's very clean and has more than enough rooms and beds to accommodate for my wedding party guests. Sabrina was very kind and communicated very efficiently with me every step of the way. 10/10 would book again!

Thank you so much! Hopefully can host you again! ( sorry for deadly response)
This was a fun place to stay at. We took advantage of using the swimming pool and the grill in the back yard. We had plenty of space and enjoyed the pool table as well.

We had several family members staying here for a family event. The house was perfect! Love the quiet neighborhood:)
Communication with the manager could not have been better!
Would be happy to stay here again!
This big 7 bedroom house with a pool was just perfect for my family to stay in while we were attending a wedding in the area. The owner was so accommodating! Check in was easy and the owner was super quick to respond to questions.

Thank you so much for her good review!
We had everything we needed for our short stay. The property was in the perfect location to attend our sons wedding. The only challenge we had was being instructed to not flush any toilet paper.

Thank you for your review, Sorry for the instructed about not flush toilet paper, because previous guests had toilet clogging problem
We were meeting a bunch of family and instead of multiple hotel rooms we found this house. Lots of beds for everyone and enough room to hang out and visit with family. Close to downtown Redlands and easy freeway access. The 3rd bathroom was a bit of a mystery to find but the house worked out well. Great communication with the owners. We’d stay here again.

Thank you so much for stay at my house, thank you so much for your nice review! We are welcome you back anytime!
You can’t add people after you book without getting charged more. So overestimate your guests when booking if they aren’t definite. One bed was too hard to sleep on. I would still book again. Clean, fluffy towels, enough toilet paper, well stocked kitchen, pool table, swimming pool, simple check in and out. No long to do list when checking out. Fit our big family well! Everyone got their own room. Looking forward to going back and staying there again.
Check on was easy. Good location. Grocery, Walmart nearby. Lots of towels. We had a group of 17 and the place had enough beds and room to accommodate all of us. Bathroom toilet did not work properly but owner had someone over and fixed it right away. Worked great after that. We locked ourselves out of the house and owner came within 10 minutes to get us back in the Home. Does not have heated pool (we stayed in November ). Could have had a few more toilet rolls stocked in the bathrooms to accommodate our stay of 4 nights, but overall would recommend to friends and Would stay again.

Thank you for your review! Every bathroom cabinet has extra toilet rolls, I am sorry you can’t find it, but should contact us we will let you know!
The pool and number of people who can stay in this home are the shining features. We had 16 in the house and were comfortable. Things to be aware of there were no spare kitchen or bath towels, the kitchen was clean but the bathrooms were not.

Liked: Check-in, location
BETTER BRING A TOWEL
First the good: Convenient location, large house with lots of room, clean pool.
Now the bad: Not enough towels or bedding for all guests or beds, no pool towels, kitchen is moderately appointed, surveillance cameras on outside gathering areas.
The neighborhood clearly does not appreciate the vacation rental being there, and therefore unwarranted complaints were made. How the landlord responded to the complaints was highly inappropriate, as she showed up on-site several times unannounced.
The house was not very clean or well-maintained, certainly not sanitized to COVID standards – dirty, used sponges in the sink intended for us to use, mildew and dirt around tubs, no drain covers in bathroom sinks, broken blinds, etc.
The ad promoted the home as a good spot for “bridal showers, birthday parties, 20 year college reunions, and more”. I made it very clear to the host that we would be having an 80th birthday party for my mother on Saturday afternoon – a small, outdoor family event with approx. 25 people. Although “the house has 7 bedrooms and sleeps 19”, only 7 adults and 3 children stayed there, but several family members in the area came by each day to swim and visit.
The first night we got there, the owner showed up unannounced while we were eating dinner and expressed concern about the birthday party we had already planned because she had gotten complaints from the neighbors about the previous tenants having loud parties and she “could not get any more complaints on VRBO”. I assured her we would be a quiet group – how wild does an 80th birthday party get?
The day of the party, she showed up again around 3:00 pm and was very agitated because the neighbors complained about our “loud party”. My niece had hired a bagpiper to walk up the street as a surprise and play a few songs for my mom in honor of her Nova Scotia heritage, then wander away playing the bagpipes. This did not seem to be an unpleasant disruption to the afternoon, but apparently it was to someone.
She was very confrontational with me and the other guests and really spoiled the whole party for us. She kept wanting to go inside the house to “fix the wifi” because the cameras were not working – apparently there are surveillance cameras all around the house so they can watch our every move.
Bottom line is that the owner promotes this large house as a gathering spot and quasi-event venue, but the neighbors to not seem to agree and it was not a pleasant experience.
The house is so huge and clean, we had a great time. Just exact for a big family like me. The host is so accommodating and she provide all the stuffs that we need. Easy to check in.
