Thank you for your review and for staying with us, Marlene. Regarding the internet, our Wi-Fi was working during your stay. Our Wi-Fi-connected electronic appliances, including the TVs, air conditioning, and keypad lock, were all functioning properly. If you were experiencing difficulty connecting to the Wi-Fi on your end, we would have appreciated being notified during your stay so we could have addressed and troubleshot the issue accordingly. Regarding the cleaning supplies, our listing clearly indicates that consumable supplies are provided as a starter only. Once the initial supplies are used, guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies from a nearby grocery or shopping store. We understand that you may have needed additional cleaning supplies due to having two service dogs with your group. We also made an exception and waived the pet fee for both dogs during your stay. We appreciate your feedback and hope this provides some clarification for future guests.
