Great, just a few issues
The house is very nice. Large , plenty of space. Could use a few more chairs, especially in the bedrooms. All in all a good stay. The backyard is very nice as well. My one suggestion if you stay here, bring your own pillows the pillows they provide are very hard.
Accurately described, clean, and all together a peaceful stay. This well-tended, ample-sized house with generously sized beds was the perfect accommodation for the 4-day/3-night staycation/slumber weekend for a group of nine people - six adolescents and three adults. The community is quiet, neighbors keep to themselves, less than .5 mi to a plaza with Walmart and good selection of stores and restaurants to go. The newness to the shared home program resonated with limited kitchenware and/or previous renters’ leftover items: foil, zip bag, etc. It was not an issue, though. It was a little difficult getting hold of the contact person but still came through. Overall, exceptional.
The house was nice and spacious and had most of what we needed. However we had the next renter come into the house unannounced and walk into the living room a day before we’re supposed to leave. Apparently they gave out the check in code for the door to the next renter ahead of time and it was the same one as we used, so they just came in while our kids were there. That really ruined the experience because they did not change the code after this which means we were worried people could come in at any time during our stay since they had the door code. Owner said he couldn’t change the code. Even our kids kept asking if people were going to come in at night. It would have been a lot better if they had offered any kind of solution but they did not.

From us here at Evolve, we’d like to apologize for the concern this situation caused during your stay. We understand how unsettling it must have been to realize that another party had access to the home earlier than expected, even though they remained outside and did not stay in the property. Your safety and peace of mind are very important to us, and we regret that this incident caused worry for your family. Following this experience, the owner has adjusted their process and will now be issuing a unique door code for each guest, sent around noon on the day of check-in, to help prevent this from happening in the future. We did provide a partial refund, and we appreciate you sharing this feedback so we can continue improving access practices moving forward.

Ants Attack
Marina (Property Manager) is great and goes all out to help make the stay a memorable one. The house was beautiful but it was infested with ants. Ant trails in every bedroom and my guests woke up with ants in bed. We were told the previous guests left food out and crumbs but even after a more thorough clean by Marina, the ants came back at night.
Marina took up the cleaning all by herself and was done 3 hours past check-in time but she did allow us to check out later because of it so that was nice.
The hot water in the master bathroom took a very long time and even then, the water was lukewarm at best. We were lucky the weather was hot so the water temperature was not an issue.
We left behind a personal item and Marina was very helpful in getting the item shipped back to us.
I highly recommend for the owner to hire exterminators for the ants and also have the water heater checked before renting the property out again.

Homeowner's Response: "Hi Yvonne, thank you for sharing your experience with us. We're sorry about the ant situation and that it impacted your stay. Ants can occasionally appear between guests, especially during warm seasons, and we are actively working with pest control to address this. We also understand that the hot water in the main bathroom took a while to heat up. We're currently evaluating solutions to make sure all amenities meet guest expectations.Thank you again for your valuable feedback; it's important to us to ensure future stays are enjoyable."
Everything was good, nice area, very specious and comfortable. Needs so improvements on cleaning but other than that we loved this home. Utensil’s handy for cooking this is a plus!
