Guests have access to the whole house, front yard and patio…but the backyard is not suitable for guests. I kindly ask for guests to stay out of the backyard area for the time being

This home is not suitable for parties, gatherings or any such events. If I see guest breaking rules, not respecting quiet hours, or smoking inside the home… I will cancel your stay.
Be sure to check in the correct amount of people who will be staying.. let me know if you have any extra overnight guests.. overnight meaning someone who stays past midnight. Any guest not checked in will be $50 fee

This neighborhood is peaceful and quiet… great surroundings neighbors, everyone is very friendly!
It’s near the 10 freeway.. has a stater bros, sprouts market, Trader Joe’s, laundromat, liquor store, downtown Redlands (restaurants movie theater, etc) all really close by! Very convenient location!
