Excellent location, conveniently located between the Mid-Town shopping district and Ski Apache near the golf course, grocery store, movie theatre and many local restaurants. This peaceful retreat includes a hot tub and gameroom to facilitate an experience sure to provide you with many wonderful memories. Central AC and heat along with premium comfort interiors provides for a comfortable stay. Admire the company of beautiful birds and occasional visits from wildlife as you enjoy a cup of coffee on the back deck.

We are located 9 minutes from the Mid-Town shopping district near the local police and fire station and 9 minutes from the Ski Run Road turnoff to Ski Apache. Close to Albertsons, local ski shops and restaurants.

While our property is easy to access, we do recommend a 4 wheel drive vehicle or tire chains during your winter month visits.

Fully stocked kitchen includes crock pot, waffle iron, toaster, blender, coffee maker, complimentary coffee, pots/pans, dishes, and utensils. TVs are available in the living room as well as every bedroom. Gameroom includes pool table, hang out area, board games, and a 3rd full bathroom. Large back deck and outdoor grill available (propane not provided). Bedroom one has a king size bed. Bedroom two has a queen size bed. Bedroom three has a twin over full size bunk bed. There are two rollaways available ( you probably want to use those for kids as they are not as comfortable for adults).

Spa Rules. No children under the age of 12 allowed in hot tub. For the health and safety of all our guests, the water quality is monitored and adjusted on a weekly basis. If during chemical analysis, the presence of urine is detected, the spa will be drained and sanitized, prior to refilling. The cost of draining, sanitizing, and refilling the spa is $200. This cost will be added to a guests bill should the presence of urine be detected by our water safety technician during their routine treatment of the spa.
