Walk to the beach & town from this end unit townhome. Unit boasts a modern kitchen (fully stocked with equipment and some pantry items) with breakfast bar. Bathrooms are all remodeled. Front and side decks, outdoor shower and garage full of beach fun (4 adult bikes, beach chairs, umbrella, bicycle cart, ping pong table).

Bethany Proper Community offers a large pool and tennis courts for you to use at no extra fees. Your car is not needed, however 2 parking passes are included with your stay (for side streets). Bethany Beach is the perfect beach town with the perfect balance of fun for the entire family.

Great home, location and communication!

Overall, the property was in amazing shape. We had a small issue with the air conditioner in the property manager immediately jumped on and had a repairman at our door. Jill is extremely responsive and communicates wonderfully. The property is about a 3 to 4 block walk to the beach as well as the Bethany boardwalk. Great location. The home is much bigger on the inside than expected and the property owner provides lots of extras for you and your family. We will be back! Amazing memories, a quiet neighborhood with the added luxury of a pool for days you just don’t want to get sandy. Highly recommend!

Great spot in a great town

Great place, great location.

This was a great property. House was clean and even ready a bit early for check in. The convenience to the beach and town was extra awesome. The scooters were so much fun to ride as well as having the bike with trailer for taking all necessities to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Such a great location to the beach, the boardwalk, and to the community pool. This is a property where the owners have thought of everything and make your stay very easy. We will definitely be returning again.

A good stay with a couple of suggestions

A well stocked and comfortable home with easy walking access to beach. Roomy bedrooms with comfortable beds. Only negatives are that house cleaning was not done thoroughly and patio furniture needs updating.

Our family bought this home in 2018 because we LOVE Bethany Beach! Take a short stroll to town and boardwalk for activities or linger at the ocean until dinner can't wait any longer. Bethany has wonderful restaurants; in particular we love Pomodoro for pizza, Ropewalk, The Parkway, 99 Sea Level and especially Sunshine Crepes & DB Fries (next to Sunshine Crepes). We do not live far away and visit every chance we get. We hope you enjoy and respect our place as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

This home has open spaces for everyone to be together or have alone time. No one will feel cramped together while on vacation. The community amenities are incredible offering tennis, the pool & a kiddie pool. There is a ping pong table in the garage for the possible rainy days, but we all know it won't rain on vacation!

What makes this property unique

You can literally park your car and never use it while staying here! Walk/bike to beach, walk/bike to town and of course to the community amenities.
