Easy walk... 3 blocks from the beach, boardwalk and shops – quiet neighborhood. Trolley is nearby too! 4 Bedrooms and 2 1/2 Baths. Sleeps 8.

Central air conditioning, well-equipped kitchen, washer, dryer and screened porch. Parking at house for 2 cars. One Bethany Beach parking permit. No smoking. No pets.

1st floor: Queen sleep sofa, TV/DVD; hi-speed wireless internet; DR – table seats 6; counter seats 4; pub table seats 2; microwave, dishwasher, 2 coffee maker Keurig and Mr. Coffee; washer/dryer; front porch with swing, screened porch; ceiling fans; Both a charcoal and gas grill on ground level; outdoor enclosed hot shower.
2nd floor: MBR – queen; BR2 – 2 twin beds; BR3 – 2 twin beds; BR4 (very small) – daybed; hall full bath; NO pets or unsupervised group of young people; local calls only on phone. TV in Master and in one twin bedroom.
*** Linens, both bath towels and bed sheets, need to be brought.

Love this place!!

We have our annual biking event same time every year. We found this beautiful hpme to rent. I believe fir the past 4 years. The home is decorated very nicely, the home is very clean. Great location. Ed and Barbara are wonderful to work with and when we have a question aboutvsnything theyvare quick to respond . If ypu need a place to stay , this would be the perfect choice. We will be back!!! Thank you Barbara and Ed..

Perfect family getaway!

Loved this house for a week with our kids. House was clean, well-decorated, and full of vacation amenities like an outdoor shower, multiple TVs, and two porches. Ten minute walk to boardwalk and Bethany shops and restaurants. Can't wait to come back!

Bethany stay

Great stay at the property. The place is right on main drag which makes access to the beach, shops etc easy. House is well stocked with board games and amenities.

Convenient to Boardwalk, clean!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in this rental. Very comfortable and clean, and just a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. There is a beach cart and beach chairs so you don't need to bring your own. Lots of dishes and hlasses
