New renovations for 2023-Luxury vinyl floors, comfort height toilets, new mattresses on all the beds, and all NEW kitchen appliances. Making this beautifully furnished and landscaped beach home on a quiet street only 2 blocks from the beach even more attractive. Inverted floor plan with 2 large master suites. Top floor includes spacious living and dining area, gas fireplace, master suite with tub and shower. Home has a screened porch and 4 additional decks with rocking chairs, TV's with premium cable, WIFI, outdoor enclosed shower, and charcoal grill. Very family-friendly home with room to spread out. Short walk to beach, docks and restaurants.

Bed linens provided (Beds in bedrooms only) for weekly rentals. No Towels provided can be rented.

Expectations not met

Staff were friendly and helpful. However, property was not well kept/maintained. I was disappointed in the location. The description indicated linens were provided and upon arrival we found out that only included bed sheets and not all linens. Expected more quality.

Good value

A nice beach house in need of a couple repairs. The grill was rusted through and collapsed when I touched it. A blind in the master was broken, letting in the sunrise at 6:04 a.m. Ashtrays (I think they were ashtrays - a pail of sand with butts) was full of cigarette butts. And a rocker on a porch had rotten slats and almost caused an accident. But the kitchen was well equipped, and the family room was large, sunny, and nicely furnished. Bedrooms were fine, and 3.5 baths were a real plus to accommodate a big family. One hour of fixes could bring it all up to snuff. We had a great time and the house met our expectations.
