HARDWICKE ESPY is a 4 bedroom 2 storey holiday home that accommodates up to 12 guests with a short walk to the beach.

Upstairs: Open plan kitchen with microwave, fridge/freezer, oven, dining, reverse cycle split system air-conditioner, living area with TV no DVD, balcony with outdoor setting, all bedrooms have ceiling fans, bathroom with vanity, shower and w/c.

Downstairs: Open plan kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, dining, lounge area with 2 ceiling fans, TV/Blu Ray DVD, table tennis table, bathroom with vanity, shower, w/c and laundry sink, no washing machine.

Undercover outdoor entertaining area with outdoor setting, fish cleaning facility, plenty of room for cars and boats.

Hardwicke Bay is a small beachside settlement with beautiful beaches, reef and rockpools

Bed configuration – bed 1 – queen, bed 2 – queen, bed 3 – queen plus single, bed 4 – queen plus tri-bunk (double on bottom single on top)

Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.

Myself and 3 friends stayed in this house and there was ample room big enough for 12! We didn't use the bottom half of the house!

Huge house with ocean views.

We had a great experience staying here. House could do with some TLC but had everything we wanted with plenty of room for multiple family’s. Table tennis is available to guest but not the 8 ball table. Beautiful ocean views would recommend.

Property was in good location, easy access to all locations on yorke peninsular. The property was a good size but needs a little TLC, looks tired, a washing machine would be helpful for families with young children

Family holiday by the sea.

Our family enjoyed our holiday by the sea. Even though it was not swimming weather we loved walks and drives along the beach and exploring the shells and rock pools. The house was roomy and well set up with two large areas for eating, relaxing, playing games and watching TV. The outlook over the sea includes some trees and interesting changes with the tides. When it is out there is an expanse of rockpools and green water bushes. We all enjoyed our time there.

One bedroom was not usable as it was hot weather but the bedroom fly screens was totally damaged and flapping around letting all the bugs in.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House is relatively well maintained, loved the view from the deck, fit 12 people and kids no worries, Big double house with lots of room. Most of the features desired. However, will say let down by some simple things. No enough kitchen cutlery, crockery, equipment for both levels. Dishwasher is poor working, We left the bbq vastly cleaner then we found it, no onsite vacuum to basic clean before leaving, Gas bottle for hotwater and cooking was empty upon arrival, (which was quickly rectified, exchanged by the rental agent within 12 hours) The house does have some wear and tear, few minor areas owner needs to address to fix up some walls and wiring.A outdoor hose or tap that works to wash sand off before entry would be advantageous addon. Overall 7/10 compared to previous years stays elsewhere with same Agent. Not a deal breaker. Still had a great beach family holiday.
