Built in 2019, Hawthorn House provides 3,174 sqft and 5 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms in the new Lodges at Chateau Cove nightly rental community. Enjoy our patriotic and Missouri theme interior as well as lake views from all three levels. Located close to all Branson has to offer you are never far from your next activity. Or stay at your ‘home away from home’ and enjoy amenities including a private gas fire pit and private hot tub, two community pools or a path to the lakefront. Decorated in American decor, Hawthorn House is perfect for your next family vacation or trip with friends. Each room features a different Missouri theme from the state flower to the the state bird and each has its own attached full bathroom. A combination of beds and bedrooms as well as a downstairs sleeper sofa allows for comfortable sleeping for 16 people. Kids are sure to enjoy the Wildlife room with its four twin bunk beds that make for a fun sleepover. Niangua Rustic Furniture n Tunas, MO has provided us a lovely coffee table on the main level.

Enjoy time relaxing on the deck with its double sided indoor/outdoor fireplace or the private fire pit or hot tub on the lower level patio. The sound system allows you to enjoy your music on two levels using your smart phone.

Don’t forget to plan time for your favorite movie or TV show on the 110 in projector TV. Equipped with cable, Disney+, Xbox or a collection of DVDs there’s always something good to watch. Additionally one bedroom on each level also has a smart TV with cable and Disney +. (The bunk room on the top floor is only connected to Disney+ and does not have cable available.)

The kitchen is fully equipped to make a breakfast, lunch or dinner. Two ovens upstairs and two refrigerators (one upstairs and one downstairs) allow you to easily prepare meals for large groups. From the coffee maker to the slow cooker to the blender there’s no need to pack extra equipment. It’s all here waiting for you! There is seating for eight at the table with four additional seats at the kitchen bar. Downstairs is a pub table that seats four. A kids table on the main level accommodates our youngest guest. Or opt to eat outside on the deck with two round table seating four each.

All Branson has to offer is close by including Silver Dollar City (10 mins), the 76 Strip (6 mins), State Park Marina (8 mins), Moonshine Beach (4 mins) and the Branson Landing (15 mins).

Boating/Water activities:
Table Rock Lake isn't just pretty to look at! Lake-related entertainment is abundant in Branson! Bedrooms:

The Hawthorn Room: one of five bedrooms is located on the main level with a king bed and a attached full bathroom with walk in shower for easy accessibility as well as a 43 inch HDTV with cable and Disney +.

The upper level features the Wildlife bunk room with four built in twin bunk beds and a 40 inch HDTV (with Disney+), the Honeybee room has two queen beds and a lake view. Each room has its own attached full bathroom.

Head downstairs to the lower level to the Bluebird room and the Dogwood room. The Bluebird room named after the Missouri state bird has a king bed with attached full bath. The Dogwood room named after the Missouri state tree has a 43 inch HDTV also with an attached full bath.

The lower level great room is the perfect place for an in-house movie night with a 110 inch projection screen HDTV with surround sound and a large sectional sleeper sofa to enjoy movies, games and your favorite TV shows. Play air hockey on our 7 foot table or use the Xbox one to play games or stream Disney+. Also available: collection of board games, ring toss "hookey" and washers to take outside if you’d like.

The second refrigerator and microwave are located in the lower level kitchenette.
The house has two full size washer/dryer units (on the top and lower levels).

Two half bath are located on both the main and lower levels ensuring all bedrooms have a private bath that is not shared with any living spaces.

The Chateau Cove community offers a resort style community pool with waterfall and water features. There is a playground that is located next to the pool which is only four houses away and an easy walk from the house. The indoor pool includes a splash pad and garage doors that are open during nice weather to the sun deck. You can take in lake views from both the indoor and outdoor pool.

Take time to walk down to the lake shore on the provided path and dip your toes in the water of Table Rock Lake.

Also included with the house are pool towels for Hawthorn House guests use during their stay as well as a pack n play and baby monitor if little ones are among the guests.

As mentioned there are two communal pools at Château Cove: outdoor pool is open 9a-9p seasonally from Memorial Day through September 30th. The indoor pool is open year-round and is heated seasonally.

The Lodges at Chateau Cove is located just down the road from the Chateau on the Lake Resort and Spa.

Planning on coming for the Christmas season? Hawthorn House is fully decorated form November to January on all three levels including two seven foot decorated trees.
