Welcome to the Panorama apartment!

Our warm, family-run house offers you a large apartment with 9 beds on approximately 100 square meters, divided into 4 bedrooms and a kitchen. There are 3 bathrooms and 3 toilets, 4 satellite TVs as well as WiFi and an infrared cabin in our non-smoking apartment. You have a fantastic view over the entire valley! Since we have our own drinking water source, you can enjoy the clear water straight from the tap.

Free WiFi, infrared cabin, parking and playground are available.

The spacious kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an electric stove with ceramic hob and oven, extractor hood, microwave and a refrigerator with freezer, egg cooker, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and dishes. On the cozy couch you can enjoy the panoramic view, read books or watch TV. Bed linen and towels are provided. There is balcony furniture on the balcony, so that you can enjoy your coffee with the wonderful panoramic view. We can offer bread service.

SUMMER

Our house is in St. Jakob in the heart of the Hohe Tauern National Park in the idyllic Mariahilf district. Nestled between forest and green meadows with a wonderful panoramic view of the Defereggental and the surrounding mountains

Here you will find peace, relaxation but also variety. Whether cycling, hiking, Nordic walking, golfing, climbing a three-thousand meter peak or simply relaxing - the offer in St. Jakob is diverse.

Lush meadows, pine forests, rustic alpine pastures and a unique animal world await you here in the Defereggental. You will encounter eagles, chamois and ibex and many alpine plants such as gentian, edelweiss and alpine rush on the beautiful mountain lakes and mountain streams.

We are also happy to make suggestions for particularly worthwhile hiking destinations.

Hiking with children is fun and can also be instructive with the numerous themed hiking trails such as the 'water adventure trail', wildlife observation or the 'flower trail' in St. Jakob.

If you don't feel like hiking, there are special entertainment programs such as B. the valley museum. Or you can explore our adventure playground with your children.

We offer a slide and swing for our little guests. On request, a cot and a high chair can be provided free of charge.

An absolute highlight of the summer is the alpine rose festival with alpine rose hikes, regional culinary delights and lots of musical entertainment for the whole family. From blooming spring to hikable autumn, the Defereggen valley is the holiday paradise for the whole family.

Due to a slight rise, we have a quiet location and there is ample parking space.

WINTER:
The family ski area St. Jakob im Defereggental is particularly characterized by its guaranteed snow. There are ideal slopes for freeriding and carving on over 24 kilometers of slopes. The sun-drenched slopes are between 1,400 and 2,525 m above sea level.

The network of trails extends over around 42 kilometers, with different levels of difficulty to be mastered. Special highlights are our high-altitude trail on the Stallersattel (2000m) and the illuminated trail in St. Jakob. But cross-country hikers will also be impressed by the natural beauty of the valley, the snow-covered meadows and forests.
Ski tourers: You have several tour destinations from easy to difficult to choose from, and nothing stands in the way of a successful summit ascent and a great descent. You will receive the current weather and avalanche report from us daily.

After an enjoyable day of skiing, you can stop in the Alpe Stalle before sledding down the illuminated toboggan run.

The number of bedrooms depends on the number of people. A cot and high chair are available for children on request.
