This newly updated 3 bed and 2 bath villa comes fully furnished with all you would expect in a home. The property has an exceptional panoramic view that the renter could enjoy while sitting in the private pool. Traditional tiled countertops, stainless steel appliances, plenty of cookware, coffee maker, washer/dryer, cable tv, internet wifi, beach towels, beach chairs, outside grill, balcony table...
The property is located within a well-known resort in Playa Hermosa, one of the most beautiful beaches in Costa Rica. Our home is conveniently located directly beside the community pool with a swim-up wet bar, where you can take part in numerous resort activities. Guests have access to all resort amenities, which are located within walking distace of the villa. These include community pools, ping pong table, whirlpool, restaurant, spa etc... There is also a free shuttle service within the complex, to easily access the beach as well as resort services. It is also possible to purchase the all-inclusive resort bracelet for part or all of your stay.

My wife and I, and our 2 daughters, have lived in Quebec (Canada) our entire lives. We enjoy visiting Costa Rica when we can, but hope to spend more time there when our children leave home (still quite a few years away!).

Why they chose this property

We really enjoy exploring everything Costa Rica has to offer, and our villa is located in a great area to be able to do that. Only 25 minutes from the Liberia airport, directly on one of the most beautiful beaches in the country, and a good starting point to visit several national parks as well as the volcano range.

What makes this property unique

When you first enter the villa, your eyes are quickly drawn to the breathtaking view, and the large covered patio is a fantastic spot to watch the sun set over the Pacific ocean. It was love at first sight!
