This ground floor fully air-conditioned apartment consists, of 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. A spacious combined dining/living room lead into a magnificent terrace overlooking the communal pool. This terrace can be enjoyed all throughout the year for alfresco dining and BBQing.

The apartment provides free WIFI and smart tv with access to international channels.

Free parking is also provided in the underground parking.
