We look forward to welcoming you in the Holiday Flath in Hooksiel and wish you an unforgettable and relaxing holiday!
Well appointed detached house for 2-6 persons. On approximately 90 square meters of living space you will find 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (on the ground floor with washing machine), large living room with satellite TV, new brand kitchen March 2015 with dining area, a storage room. In the second bedroom upstairs you have an extra sitting area with satellite TV and a small desk, so you can retreat if necessary. It is therefore also suitable for parents with older children or for two couples.
The living room has a satellite TV, stereo, DVD and CD player and a selection of board games and books.
For small children, a high chair and a cot is available. On the terrace with garden furniture and sun screen you have the option to grill. On the property you have a car parking space. The Meerwasserwellenhallenbad is only about 700m. The old center of Hooksiel with several restaurants, pedestrian zone, supermarket and small shops is about 900m. During the season from April to the beginning of October, our beach chair on the textile beach is at your free disposal. Note: The final cleaning of 60 € is included in the rent of the first week.

Die Ferienwohnung bot Positives wie moderaten Preis, 2 Bäder mit Fußbodenheizung & umfassende Ausstattung. Negativ: Abgenutzte Einrichtung, schlechte Sauberkeit, Lage außerhalb des Ortskerns & fehlende Bettlaken. Vermieter reagierte wenig kundenorientiert auf Sauberkeitsbedenken. Insgesamt zwiespältiger Eindruck; vor allem die Mängel im punkto Sauberkeit sind für uns ein absolutes No-Go! Hoffen auf bessere Erfahrungen für kommende Gäste.

Wir hatten zwei sehr schöne Wochen in Hooksiel. Die Familie Flath hat sich im Vorfeld direkt um alle unsere Fragen gekümmert und uns somit einen unbeschwerten Aufenthalt gekümmert.

Unterkunft für unsere Bedürfnisse okay

Das Haus ist okay, nicht besonders gut gepflegt und Sauberkeit könnte etwas besser sein. Die Ausstattung sehr zusammen gewürfelt, nicht so richtig gemütlich. Kein Hinweis auf die Wasserzufuhr der Spülmaschine. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter sehr nett und unkompliziert, auch die Übergabe vor Ort klappte gut. Für den Preis ein bisschen mehr erwartet, für drei Erwachsene gerade richtig, für sechs Personen unvorstellbar vom Platz her. Nochmal würden wir es nicht buchen.

Schöner Famienurlaub

Wir haben im Ferienhaus der Familie Flath eine schöne Woche mit der ganzen Familie verbracht. Auch mit 5 Erwachsenen und einem Jugendlichen ging das gut. Besonders gefallen hat mir die schöne Küchenzeile und die Ausstattung der Küche. Außerdem sind zwei Fernseher vorhanden und im oberen Schlafzimmer befindet sich noch eine zusätzliche Sitzgruppe, so dass man sich bei Bedarf zurückziehen kann. Auch die gute und nette Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist hervorzuheben. Insgesamt ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen.

Super Erholung mit eigenem Strandkorb

Super kurzfristiger toller Urlaub dank eines sehr flexiblen und zuvorkommenden Vermieters. Objekt hat alles was man braucht, ist gepflegt und der Strandkorb ist ein toller Bonus. Sehr gut auch für Urlaub mit Kleinkind in ruhiger Feriensiedlung.

Gut für 3 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder.

Ordentliches Haus mit entsprechender Ausstattung. Der Weg zum Strand ist etwas zu weit für kleine Kinder. Nur vernünftig mit Auto zu bewerkstelligen. Der Strand ist gepflegt und das Haus bietet einen eigenen Strandkorb an. Leider Kein W-lan im Haus.

Wie seitens des Vermieters beschrieben haben wir alles vorgefunden.

Bei den veröffentlichen Bildern konnte man den Eindruck haben, dass in der DHH mehr Platz ist. Wenn man jedoch die 90 qm Wohnfläche auf 2 Etagen verteilt, kann man der Illusion entkommen. Die Betten waren okay. Der Induktionsherd und die Spülmaschine funktionierten einwandfrei. Die vorhandenen Bestecke waren wohl schon länger im Gebrauch und sollten in naher Zukunft erneuert werden. Die Anzahl der Messer gegenüber den vielen Löffeln und Gabeln war übersichtlich.

HAT UNS GUT GEFALLEN

Für uns 5 Personen ideal,leider war es nicht ganz sauber gehalten.Unter den Betten und einige kleine Steine kamen zum vorschein. Ein Manko sind die Handtücher und Geschirrtücher, schon älter und zu wenig. Bei unserem Sohn ,auch Lange Drift werden sie nach einer Woche getauscht, das kann ich nur empfehlen, oder gleich eine Anzahl hinlegen. Innenleben, Küche,Bad usw. alles bestens. Leider hat der Sonnenschirm gefehlt, war nur der Ständer vorhanden. Wir können es aber jederzeit weiter empfehlen.

Schöner erholsamer Urlaub

Unsere Erwarteungen wurden voll erfüllt. Das Haus war bei unserer Anreise sauber und gepflegt. Wir waren im Mai da. Es hat eine praktische Raumaufteilung und zum Glück zwei Bäder für uns fünf. In der Küche haben wir nichts vermisst. wir haben uns dort wohlgefühlt trotz wechselhaftem Wetter. Hooksiel ist ein schöner kleiner Ort und es lassen sich von dort aus einige Ausflüge machen. Buchung war problemlos und der Kontakt nett.

Toller und erholsamer Sommeruraub

Wir waren mit unseren beiden Kindern in diesem Ferienhaus. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war unkompliziert und freundlich. Das Haus ist gemütlich und praktisch eingerichtet. Als Riesenvorteil haben wir die Raumaufteilung empfunden, dass unsere Kinder durch das zweite Duschbad und die Sitzecke mit Fernseher oben ihr eigenes Reich hatten. In den Betten haben wir alle gut geschlafen. Nett fanden wir, dass im Kühlschrank bei unserer Ankunft Getränke bereitgestellt wurden. Die Beschreibung im Internet war korrekt. Die Lage ist zentral zur Ortsmitte mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und kleiner Fußgängerzone sowie in die andere Richtung zum Deich und Strand. Wir haben einige Radtouren gemacht - Hooksmeer, Wasserskilift, Außenhafen usw. Hier ist auch bei schlechtem Wetter eine Erlebnishalle mit einigen Attraktionen. In der Nähe vom Ferienhaus befindet sich auch ein Meerwasserhallenbad, sowie ein Fahrradverleih, Kiosk und Bäcker. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt irgendwann einmal gerne wieder.
