Villa Montane 115 - 2 Bedroom Residence

This Platinum, ground level, corner residence includes s a gas fireplace and sleeper sofa in the living room, a full kitchen, one guest suite with an attached bathroom and king size bed and a second bedroom with two twin beds (can be made into a king). Additional features include washer/dryer, one indoor parking space and access to ski lockers/boot warmer. This residence is ski-in/out through the building's common area and ski access to the Elkhorn lift is subject to snow conditions.

Guests will appreciate views of the entry courtyard from the patio (with electric BBQ), and the convenience of staying in the heart of Beaver Creek Village, with ski-in access from Strawberry Park and ski-out via the skiway to Elkhorn Lift. An outdoor, heated pool, hot tubs, a fitness center and theater with 3D TV and surround sound are also available. Please note that this home does not have air conditioning.

This was one of the greatest place I’ve stayed in beaver creek. Everything was so close! Very clean and very helpful team there! I will definitely be staying again!

Cozy Christmas Stay

My husband and adult daughter and I spent Christmas here and it was perfect for us. 4 people max I would say but loved the location so close to the village and so easy to get around. The unit was clean and comfortable - great for a couple or small family.

Property Switched Units at Last Minute

Disclaimer for this review: we booked #115 but they instead gave us unit #111 because of some supposed heating issues in 115. This website did not give us the option of reviewing 111. In any event, the location was good- short walk to the shops and rink. If you take the stairs/escalators, it's not a bad walk to the gondola- maybe about 5-10 mins. The unit itself was decent but not well equipped. No salt, pepper; though dish soap was supplied, there was no dishwasher soap. No views- you get to see the walls and roof of adjacent buildings. Somewhat of an inconvenient walk to the hot tub. Indeed, strange setup- going to the unit itself required walking into building down the hall, then through doors back outside, then through another set of doors to go back inside.

Love this condo and location!

Great, well stocked condo just a few minutes from the BC shops and restaurants. The kitchen had everything that we needed plus some. Lots of towels and toiletries which was very nice. We were told that there was a table and 2 chairs on the patio but when we arrived we realized that wasn’t the case. After calling the property manager, a table and 2 chairs showed up a few hours later. Thank you!
